He always makes sure you're taken care of, and makes it a point to not overcharge or suggest services that don't need doing. I know I can trust his word and his work. As a young woman (who is not very mechanically inclined) it can be intimidating to set up appointments with mechanics, but not once have I felt anything negative working with this business. I had a very hard time believing that so we told them I was coming to pick her car up with a trailer the following weekend. They then tell us that they will be charging like $20 a day for the car to sit in their lot. Long story short, we had AAA tow it from their shop to the one I work at in Norwalk. They had told us that oil was everywhere under the hood and the motor was toast. I checked it out and found coolant everywhere, not oil. I then found that the water pump had locked up causing the timing belt to melt and shred itself which ultimately caused the motor to jump time and not run. I spent a little over $200 on a timing belt kit and fixed the car no problem instead of listening to their nonsense and putting a whole new motor in it which would have cost thousands!
