Lonnie Hogeland runs this business very well. I had bought my truck from him and every step of the way he was there helping me out with any issues that arrived. I was able to go on a tow ride-along and he handled that professionally and efficiently. I've never had any problems with the staff, ever. Their dog is my favorite. They keep the shop clean and the parts organized. I believe they are running it like how a family business should be run. I would definitely keep them on the radar if you need a tow. read more

They say first impressions always last, they weren't kidding, just trying up to this "facility" the first thing that catches your eye is multiple signs with "vote Trump" plastered all over them, last time I remember most successful businesses tend to keep their political agenda private, or maybe out of the publics view. Also the second you walk into the shop, you get greeted by the worker playing with a DOG in the next room.. don't get me wrong dogs are awesome and great pets, but preferably when I go pick up my car I don't want to see a business worker playing an animal, last time I remember this isn't a veterinary clinic. I don't remember the ladies name but she was very rude and had a very bad attitude. Maybe "Lonnie". The place also looked very shabby and not well taken care of from the outside. I suggest you to go anywhere else in town and steer clear of this place and its bigot and racist employees. If I could give negative stars I would. read more
