They make you feel like you're their most important customer every time, without fail. Mike is just about the nicest, most accommodating man. He always makes sure you're taken care of, and makes it a point to not overcharge or suggest services that don't need doing. I know I can trust his word and his work. As a young woman (who is not very mechanically inclined) it can be intimidating to set up appointments with mechanics, but not once have I felt anything negative working with this business. I suggest them to anyone and everyone I know. Couldn't be more happy with my experiences there!

Several hours later, I called them to check because they hadnt called me and they told me that, without my authorization, they had already finished the work. They charged me almost $500 for it. Had they actually called me and given me that quote, I would not have authorized it. I have another car, this one was just a back up. I would very happily have taken my car back, and gone to just use the one until I had the money for the brakes. As it is, I had to take my rent money to pay for a service that I didn't authorize. The ONLY reason they get 2 stars instead of one is that they did, in fact, fix my brakes. But I doubt that I'll ever go there again, and I'll tell others to stay away as well.
