He told me the total was $401.25!!! At first I was surprised but then I thought that they replaced the whole wiring. I got there and they only replaced the connector to the car. WTF!!! I asked the guy about it and he said that he had to"test the wires"? For that price I thought they would have replaced the whole wiring. I told the guy," for another $75 I could buy a whole new trailer with wiring and everything". He didn't want to talk about it with me anymore he kept telling me to talk to his boss. So I did. I called the place the next day, and spoke with the OWNER of SHOWROOM AUTO JIM JOHNSON. Mr Johnson seemed cordial at first, but then when I tried to explain how I didn't understand how I could be charged $400 for someone to basically replace a "pigtail" he became belligerent and said that I should have asked for a quote. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT, THEY RIPPED ME OFF FOR HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS, AND GOT AWAY WITH IT!!!!

I called that Saturday to see if I could get in and have it detailed. He was already booked until they opened again on Tuesday. I explain my situation and he called me back that afternoon stating he would work on my car all day Sunday and Monday to get the horrific smell out of it. I am so impressed with the job he did and the hard work that was put in to removing the smell. The car looks amazing and it the smell is gone. Eddie's customer service is the best I've ever received!
