Its an odd size and i having trouble finding a used one. My wife and I and our 2 children have been dependent on one car getting us all to school and work for the better part of a week. It's been difficult. I went in to the office and the guy said they have 2 for $50. I told him I only need 1 and his response was " you can buy 2 for $50 or 1 for $50, your choice". We are sitting on $160with 9 days til payday and they wouldn't sell me 1 for $25. Every trip the store is minimum $30, gas is $4 a gallon. What a dick move! One new tire is $50, and they know it. They could have helped me out, instead they took advantage of the situation to move merchandise and make things harder for my family. Good job on the extra $25 guys! I won't be going back

Their shop was swamped with work, so it took a week for them to look at it. Even though I had to wait, I didn't mind at all- like I said, they were busy. They performed two, TWO pressure tests in my coolant system to try and locate the problem. There were just some leaky hoses. They were unable to reproduce the massive overheating, however. Instead of making something up and charging me, they just gave my keys back, and sent me on my way. They did point out that I had a massive oil leak though, which I didn't notice. If they weren't in Colo, I'd take my car back to have them replace the valve cover gasket, even though it's an hour job which I can do myself. To top this off, I even insisted on paying for the pressure tests, twice, and they refused to take my money. I really wish more shops could be like this. Good on you guys, Dan and Ben. I'll be driving my car out to Colo to get any work done, if the problem isn't rendering my car non operable.

He told me the total was $401.25!!! At first I was surprised but then I thought that they replaced the whole wiring. I got there and they only replaced the connector to the car. WTF!!! I asked the guy about it and he said that he had to"test the wires"? For that price I thought they would have replaced the whole wiring. I told the guy," for another $75 I could buy a whole new trailer with wiring and everything". He didn't want to talk about it with me anymore he kept telling me to talk to his boss. So I did. I called the place the next day, and spoke with the OWNER of SHOWROOM AUTO JIM JOHNSON. Mr Johnson seemed cordial at first, but then when I tried to explain how I didn't understand how I could be charged $400 for someone to basically replace a "pigtail" he became belligerent and said that I should have asked for a quote. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT, THEY RIPPED ME OFF FOR HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS, AND GOT AWAY WITH IT!!!!
