This review is overdue, but not for lack of gratitude…read more Jon Mustaine helped me in a time of need when my tire blew out on my vehicle an hour away from home. It was late afternoon on a Saturday night and knew I wouldn't have much luck finding someone to help at that hour. Jon dropped everything he was doing (even took his BBQ off the smoker) to come help me out even though he had plans in 45 minutes to be somewhere with family. He came out and swapped out the tire for me so I could get back on my way all with a reasonable price. Again, I appreciate your help, Jon. It was much appreciated and you'll be the first one I think of if I, or anyone I know, need your help again. I hope you and your Son enjoyed the BBQ! THANK YOU!!

After my daughter hit a coyote, we took our 2015 Chevy Sonic in for an unannounced estimate. The owner himself came right out and provided a detailed, written estimate that we were able to email to Allstate totaling about $2,300. When we brought our car in for the actual repairs, we were called a mere three days later -- the vehicle was ready to go! -- three days! On top of that, the shop worked directly with Allstate for the difference between the estimate and actual repair costs. When we picked up the Sonic, I was surprised to find the car not only washed but the entire inside detailed to perfect cleanliness. And, one more thing, I had a check engine light on for the longest... they fixed that too! Wonderful people here at East Side!
