The service manager , Jeff, was determined to solve the problem unlike other dealers we dealt with in the past. We felt like he really believed us about what was wrong rather then dismissing the problem. The salesman, Ken, was very knowledgeable about the new car we bought. Without his showing us how everything worked we would have had to scour the owners manual for days. Lauterbach didn't have the car we were looking for in stock but they found one exactly like we wanted. Overall it was a fun and pleasant experience.

After arguing with them over that, they then called me the day my car was supposed to be ready & said it would be a whole another day before I got my car back & that they still would compensate me for any inconveniene. Not sure if this was done in spite or not. When I finally did get to pick up my car all of my white leather was covered in grease from the mechanic and no one had the audacity to wipe it clean.
