They always greet me and thank me for my business...which is something that is becoming rare in customer service. They have always told me when I "really" need something fixed and when I could wait a bit longer or skip it, if it's not critical. Having 2 older cars, I've been in there quite a bit over the past few years! She ended up buying one there and said it's been great - she loves it. And because she's had such good luck with hers, I just recently bought my new Jeep there also. Update 8 March 2019 - Car is now out of warranty and brought it in for service today and was able to get same day service. The problem was the blower motor resistor and I was on my way in just over an hour. All for a fair price. It doesn't get better than that. The staff was exceptionally polite and professional.
