The value of the customer service and work done far exceeds their price! which was lower by far than a dealership They have a lifetime customer now!! They went way above and beyond! Leo & Sons Auto Repair is a family-owned business, which really resonated with me. I've been to several auto repair shops in the past, and I often had to return because parts were missing, issues weren't fully resolved, or something else broke during the repair process. At Leo & Sons, I also got my state inspection done, and the whole process was seamless. They gave me peace of mind from the moment I contacted them. They have a fantastic text message system and an easy-to-use website where you can book appointments. Plus, they send you a digital receipt, so you won't lose it, and it's eco-friendly too. Additional perks: They offer WiFi for guests and have a comfortable waiting area where you can charge your phone or laptop and work remotely if needed, or just check social media or read some of their many funny quotes. Time flew by while I waited. There's also a clean bathroom for clients.

Their mechanics are great, their prices are reasonable, and best of all, they are scrupulously honest. I brought my car in for a brake inspection after riding the emergency brake on the highway for several miles. You won't find that kind of customer service anywhere else, and it's why I have been going to Trombly's for years. You should, too.

Finding a fair & honest mechanic that does a good job is often a challenge when you move. Since…read morethe first time I went to Moschetto's in 2015(?), I've appreciated their friendliness, honesty and good work. They always greet me and thank me for my business...which is something that is becoming rare in customer service. They have always told me when I "really" need something fixed and when I could wait a bit longer or skip it, if it's not critical. I appreciate that even though they are busy, they have always been great about getting me in for service asap....sometimes even the same day. Having 2 older cars, I've been in there quite a bit over the past few years! Because of their great staff, consistent service and fair prices, I recommended them to a friend who was looking to buy a used vehicle this past year. She ended up buying one there and said it's been great - she loves it. And because she's had such good luck with hers, I just recently bought my new Jeep there also. The team at Moschetto's was helpful, patient and not pushy about trying to 'sell' me something - they wanted me to be sure it was something that would make me happy in a price range that I considered to be comfortable. For those reasons, I highly recommend giving them a try if you are in need of services, or if you are looking for a used vehicle.
