"Repairman" (lol) told us we needed to use LG screws to connect and had us buy new ones. That's the "service" we received for $169.00. Still didn't work. Called new company. Guy immendately checked the power. Breaker was tripped. Andy's didn't even check the power. Guy laughed when I told him the story about the LG screws. Called Andy's multiple times and was told manager would call back. He never did. Apparently he is a spineless wimp who hides behind his employee's skirts.
