I called today June 1, 2022 Superior @ 8:45 am, Jim returned my call @ 10 am -I explained dryer not working, drum was not turning he asked what the model number one, gave that to him (inside front of dryer) Jim was here today June 1, 2022 @ 12:40, new belt, Idler pulley. Easy breezy, quick fix. I would highly recommend Jim and his company, you cannot beat same day service. Call for a dryer repair and over the phone. The individual diagnosed my problem as a dryer vent problem. He gave me a number to call to get my vents inspected. The repair man could have come to my house and charge me for an appointment, but instead pointed me in the right direction. read more

This was a mixed bag. We used them for the first time from good google reviews. Our fridge was acting up and would not stay cold so we called them. The morning of the day that they could come out, they called and said they would be there between 11 and 2. About 2:30 they had not come so we called and left a message on voicemail. At 3:15 they finally call and say that they are on their way. They get there about 20 minutes later. No sorry or acknowledgement that they are late. They find the issue pretty quick but need to get the part and it will be in tomorrow. Gave a price that seemed reasonable. There was a water flow issue that needed a new part as well. They asked if we wanted that fixed but would not get us a specific price on that repair so we passed on that one. They came the next day on time and installed the part. It is working fine now. The Good, they fixed it and at a reasonable price. The Bad, late with no real concern about it and no price on the second repair. I think I will try another company next time I have a appliance repair. read more

Our pilot on our water heater went out and we couldn't get to re light, we were thinking the worst, having to buy a brand new one but we decided to give Superior Appliance Repair a call and see if they were able to fix it and he was able to get it up and going and saved us a lot money. He was very nice and quick to find the problem. I totally will use this company again and would recommend their company to everyone. Their prices are very reasonable.
