Several machines bear the yellow tag indicating they need repair. They have worn these tags for at least a month. Today the buttons on the dryer I chose do not work. Typical. New owners immediately raised prices on dryers by .75--and shortened drying time--and increased the price on mid-size and large washers $1.00 each. Service to their customers is definitely lacking but at least they're making a profit!

While waiting I received a quote, dang... expensive. I really love my old bike and have a new gravel bike I like and had to think. There was no pressure to say yes, they did not even try to upsell me a new bike. Im glad I had them work on it, it rides as smooth and free as ever. I did still have an issue with the front derailleur which was addressed promptly. Overall I had a great experience with the service dept as they went above and beyond any expectations I had. I stated that the guy I talked to said he may have one in stock, the older guy decided not to investigate further and started pricing me out a new one. He made a trip to the back, basically told one employee to F-off and took a "measurement" of the thread pitch. Came back out and I asked if he looked to see if there was one in the back. He said he didn't look and still needed to measure the length of the shaft. I told him don't worry about it, and that if there is this much leg work in ordering it, I bet it's over priced.

He arrived on-time, was efficient and less expensive than HG quoted, showed me the main problem (the screen on the vent outlet had 3/4" dense lint), but cleaned the rest of the duct as well.
