We have their service contract & have been very satisfied with the semi-annual maintenance of our aging HVAC system. Last October they replaced our entire system with a 97% efficient furnace, air conditioner, & humidifier. I was extremely impressed with how Chris managed the design and installation of the new system. The new system was bigger & space was limited, but Chris custom fabricated parts so everything fit together perfectly. It's kind of crazy, but now when I walk into my utility room I take a second to admire Chris's work, it's part HVAC & part art. The tech came back and replaced a sensor and still charged a weekend rate so after 2 visits and 2 replaced parts the unit still failed. The Manager cam out on Monday and replaced a 3rd part but was nice to not charge his rate because his guys Miss diagnosed the original problem and it turned out to be the thermostat. After all said and done she paid just under $1000 for three trips and three different parts when only one was needed and then she was offered an estimate to replace the entire unit and she would be giving a $300 concession off of the bill she just paid if she purchases a new unit in 30 days All Bad!!!

We had an issue with our furnace a…read morefew days ago so we decided to call this company, they sent a tech out by the name of Tom the next day. First of all they charge $148 PER HOUR TO EVEN FIND YOUR PROBLEM! He took close to 2 hours to find the problem and charged us almost $300 none of which would go towards fixing the problem! He could not give a straight answer and we felt like what he was saying did not make sense, so we decided not to go with him. He also said he couldn't fix the problem for 5 days because he had to order the part! Imagine 5 days without heat!! We had a different company come out the next day who not only found the problem in under an hr but fixed it that same day and it was not what Tom said it was!! Imagine I would have paid this company close to $1000 to fix something that was not the problem!!! And I am almost positive they would not have cared! This is the absolutely worst company I have ever come across, they will charge you up the wall! Their secretary will call you everyday asking for payment!! They do not care about their customers all they care about is money!! Go with a different company who stands behind their name!!
