They had a great selection on their show floor and they were also able to order anything from the brands they carry. The delivery crew was fantastic, they took great care not to damage my floors and they completely set up all the appliances how they should be. They also were very knowledgeable about how to operate them, so I didn't have to read through all of the manuals. Their service department may be the biggest benefit to shopping there. I had an issue with my washer and I called them up and they came out the same day to come look at it and fix this issue. I highly recommend Quality Appliance to anyone!

    I have been having some issues with the freezer above my refrigerator for a while. After Googling,…read morereading forums and watching You Tube videos, I knew for certain what faulty part needed replacing, where to find it and how to replace it. I could order the part online, but decided to go to Northfield's Quality Appliance to see if I could get or order the part through them (shop in a small town, support smalltown businesses, avoid big box stores, blah, blah, blah). Armed with a model #, a serial #, and the name of the part (and part #), I was met with some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. The gentleman behind the counter made no move to look at my list of numbers, told me that the part I was hoping to get was not in my refrigerator at all, said that he didn't work on my model and told me to check with a place in Faribault. He did not even bother to look up the part number to see if it could be ordered. I then asked, "So I should just go back to the internet then?", and he said I should. As I walked out he sort of added, "Those are hard refrigerators to work on". So I went back home, seething all the way lol, and ordered the part online from Michigan. I got a nice thank you (yes, I realize it was auto-generated), and the part was here in a few days. I bravely battled through the five minute installation (they're hard to work on, remember?), fired it up, and all is well. Keep in mind Quality Appliance, that while this time it was only a fifty dollar part, my appliances will not be lasting forever, and guess where I will NOT be going to replace them? Nor will the people that I have (so far) repeated this story to. Was it worth it?

Still under warranty, but they won't come and repair it. After many calls all we get is the run around. Our claim is " being reviewed" by the repair dept. Don't REVIEW IT- come and fix the damn machine. So while we wait and wait we have to pay to go to a laundry mat. So done with them and their terrible customer service. When you spend over a $1000 on a washer it should work more than 12 months, and if it breaks should be repaired quickly.

Six months…read moreago we bought a washer and dryer, with all paperwork handled by Branden, who told us only what we needed and wanted to know. He was not pushy, but very knowledgeable. The installers arrived on time and were somehow able to install both washer and dryer into our tiny "closet" utility room, which previously had a stacker type of washer/dryer from 1985. We have had no trouble at all with either unit - both installed perfectly and running beautifully (every day since purchase!). The installers were professional and personable, and we could tell this work was something they had a lot of experience with. This past week we were helped on the showroom floor by Deb, who advised us on our options replacing our microwave, gave us the pluses and minuses of various models, and we picked the perfect one for us. Again, the installers (different pair of guys) were on time, professional, friendly, and only took a few minutes to install - amazing! Both pairs of installers called beforehand to give us the heads-up, which we really appreciate. We will return for a new fridge and range soon!
