When Keith cleaned the dryer side within the apt i didnt see much lint. So when he did the outside I was expecting some but not much. Keith spent a lot of time on the outside and I was wondering why until he was hit in the face with a blast of lint. Evidently there was a large blockage in our vent and Keith wasn't feeling as much air flow as there should have been and was persistent in getting through. Highly recommend Keith if you want someone who cares about his work. See the image of the aftermath.

I called them about a problem about a year after they completed their work and they came out to repair. That was fine and went well. But I continued to have problems and they were resistant to coming out and when they did, they always blamed the problem on something else and wanted to charge me more money. The last time I called them they said that the call was too close to the warrantee expiration date, and it wasn't fair that I would call them this far along on the warrantee. They refused to come. I have been wanting to write this review for some time. Better late then never.

He left the house immaculate, even wore booties throughout the process. Not enough good things to say. With regards to price, it's an absolute no brainer, it's fair even at half the effort that was put in! This company cares about the work.

Carlos is the absolute worst service person I have ever encountered. He started off fine enough…read moreuntil he got paid and left the premises. He then delayed in returning to fix his shoddy work which left leaks in my ceiling. Gave him the benefit of the doubt that he was busy (what he told me) and tried to work with him again months later. He delayed the job incessantly, never finished and was extremely rude and disrespectful. The decent person in the initial meeting is not who you get when the work inevitably is done wrong. For your sake, do not hire this person.

I called, and the phone was answered by a human being, in this case, Elton. 2. He gave me his cell and assured me they would help me that same day, accommodating my work schedule to boot! 3. True to his word, he texted me an hour or so before arriving. 4. He diagnosed the issue and explained in detail what was wrong. 5. Elton waited patiently ( over 90 minutes) while I spoke to Sears Home Warranty about my claim/coverage. 6. When Sears unfortunately gave me disappointing news that most of the work was not covered, Elton and his boss, Carmine, stepped up in a big way. Rather than focus on what's covered/not covered or taking advantage of the situation to overcharge, they instead treated me with humanity. They gave me pricing that was incredibly reasonable and considerate. Bella provided my family service and comfort. I recommend them highly.

Zero Stars! I was referred to this company through my Sears…read moreHome contract. It was a terrible experience. I'm not sure whether the individual sent out was new to the field, but there were problems all the way through. When I called to see if I could switch companies, I was told "No". The first furnace ordered, by them, was a "Downflow". One would expect from the name, that this type would be installed in an attic. When I asked about this, I was told "oh, yeah we can change it", because it was going in my basement. The installation left a hole in my wall and the new unit (which they came to measure for before ordering) went past the door frame and left me unable to close my utility/laundry room door. When I called to ask about coming back to fix it. I was told "maybe a curtain could work instead". I moved on and took the loss. Now they refuse to remove me from their calling list and keep calling with sales calls. When I tell them to stop calling and "fuck off", They call back like 8 year olds playing on the phone in the 80's. This is not a business I can recommend in ANY way. Stay far away unless you don't mind having your home damaged and then being harassed by the people who did it.

Dryer Vent Cleaning (5/5): Al looked at the external venting and the ductwork leading to it. He was able to easily disassemble, clean, and reassemble the vent. He also cleaned up the area by the dryer that was caked in lint. Looks better than when he arrived. Service (5/5): While working I also needed a flathead screwdriver. He provided one to us to borrow which was appreciated. As service goes it was easy to book, he arrived on time, and was efficient completing the job. Value (5/5): Well-priced for the service provided. Others I spoke with for quotes initially gave crazy numbers. TL;DR: Don't think twice -- call ProVent. We will absolutely use them again for dryer vent cleanings.
