Needless to say, we will gladly be taking our business elsewhere. 5/22/26- UPDATE: I would like to correct several inaccurate statements made in the company's public response. The primary issue here is not simply the invoices; it is the overall pattern of overcharging for services while providing poor customer service and then becoming defensive when questioned. Over the years, we spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company. After eventually obtaining competing bids for similar plumbing work, we realized we had been paying substantially above market rates for many of the jobs performed. That is ultimately why we stopped using this company after 2022. Unfortunately, this invoice situation only reinforced the concerns we already had regarding pricing and business practices. On top of that, I was told I would be charged $75/hour simply to have existing invoices emailed to me. As someone who manages properties and works with vendors regularly, I can confidently say that emailing archived invoices is a routine administrative task. In fact, I personally compiled and emailed over 30 invoices to a client within a few minutes that same day. That is why the explanation and additional charge felt excessive and unreasonable. For the record, I provided verification immediately when it was requested. At no point did I refuse or fail to provide documentation. I was transparent about who I was, the property involved, and why the invoices were needed. I was also polite and respectful throughout every interaction with staff. I never threatened or harassed anyone yet Dawn was very aggressive with me insisting i pay her the $75. Instead of addressing the customer service concern professionally, the company chose to publicly attack my character and reference unrelated Yelp reviews, which I believe speaks for itself. After this review was posted, the owner attempted to contact me and offered to provide the invoices at no charge. However, by that point, the issue was no longer about the invoices themselves, it was about trust, professionalism, pricing practices, and how the situation was handled from the beginning. Customers can draw their own conclusions from this interaction. My review reflects my honest experience, and unfortunately, the company's response has only reinforced my concerns regarding transparency, customer service, and the value received for the prices charged.

Turned out the upstairs tub was not caulked properly. 7$ tube of caulk vs a 3k repair job. 2) water heater leaking in dual water heater system. They wanted to replace both of them instead of replacing the leaking WH. Their price was 30% higher than market for replacement of 1 heater and it wasn't done to code. 3) cast iron leak in garage from upstairs unit. They cut out the cast iron and spliced in ABS. Turns out this doesn't pass fire code. Had to redo.

The dishwasher technician told me that the valve was bad which was causing my issue. Ray was able to come take a look, assess the issue, provide a quote and come do the work within an hour or so. He was so through that he wanted to know the reason why I was requesting the work and then was also able to give me a ton of information on possibilities of why the dishwasher wasn't working. He swapped out the valve and test ed everything for leaks and just made sure I understood everything and checked everything before completing the work. The dishwasher is still broken so I still have to reach out the the warranty technician who previously came out. But Ray did let me know what I might suggest to the technician and if they weren't ab;e to get it fixed, he would be glad to come back out to see what he could do to get it solved. I had this company come to see why upstairs toilet was not flushing properly. The technician, Victor, put a hand snake into the toilet two times. Flushed and water went down, but slower than normal. I said I did not think the flush was powerful enough. Victor said, "It's old." So in less than 5 minutes, he was on his way. 5 flushes later, the toilet still has a blockage. Phone calls and text messages have been ignored. Still waiting. Victor pointed out the phone number on the invoice and said to call if I had any problems.
