As an owner you are responsible for making sure your business is represented correctly. If this is an issue since February, I'm not sure how I was able to book in December. She did not apologize for the inconvenience and also did not care to provide some sort of discount as I took the time to drive up there. I received a text saying the tech was ready and returned within 2-3 minutes, only to be told I "didn't respond fast enough," so another customer was taken and I'd have to wait again. Poor communication, poor scheduling, and dismissive front desk service. Being on time and accommodating shouldn't be penalized.
