I walk in and both of them look at me like they don't even want to cut hair one looks to the other he says you can cut his hair so he says what kind of haircut you want a walk up to him he says $60 so I said ok cool it's Sunday and yal was about to close... fuck it.. He tells me there was a guy who was just here and he was about to get a haircut but he took off and said he was gonna come back....red flags . He said do I wanna come back back? I said no I wanna wait for the haircut I sat there for an hour and 30 minutes waiting..then the guy pulled up in his car and his little son. He sat down right in front of me so I walked over to the barber and I said hey I see the guy return should I just leave because I know you're gonna want to cut his hair- he said no I'm gonna cut your since you waited. So he finishes a haircut and he walked straight over to the little boy and start getting him in the seat. I look over at him and I just walk out.... Never again.

The barbers were friendly, creating a very chill environment. The barber worked well with my son (18 month old) leaving him with a fresh crisp cut. Overpriced + poor quality = will not go back. $30, for a…read moresimple haircut; no special requests: "just make it look good." I shouldn't have paid because I didn't get what I asked for: I didn't get a "good haircut." When you factor in the low quality of my haircut, this quickly changed from "overpriced" to "Rip-off". I had to touch up the back myself when I got home. Uneven sideburns needed extra trimming too. Judging from other reviews, I expected higher quality. I'm happy to pay a higher price if I get the better haircut, but that did not happen here. Not sure why it took so long to cut my hair either: it certainly wasn't to make it look good. Now I wait for my hair to grow out to try somewhere else. Obviously, I will not be back.

Net Up is the place you deserve! With this clean, modern, fun(yet professional) concept, Erik and his team have found the perfect balance for a successful business. The ambience here is the perfect combination between work and play. The business owner, Erik, has not held back in making sure the shop was fitted with the latest tech and professional equipment to help create a welcoming environment. The place is furnished with brand new barber chairs, plenty of comfortable seating for customers, efficient lighting, multiple TVs, and even a PlayStation and foosball table for customers to enjoy and kill time on busy days. "Next Up" neon logo signs are proudly displayed throughout the shop and finished off by tastefully chosen paint, furniture, and decor to help complement the exuberant atmosphere. The team at Next Up has been a pleasure to interact with on every occasion. Chino and and Erik have cut my hair the last few times and I've been nothing but impressed by the quality of their work and customer service. Not only is each team member a master of their craft, they always take the time to make you feel welcome by greeting you and offering you a drink while you wait. Simple manners go a long way! (Something not too common these days and something I value quite highly in a business) Looking for a new barber is an experience we all dread ‍. Unfortunately for me, I found myself in just that scenario not too long ago. The team at Next Up has made that transition as seamless as possible, to say the least. If you're on the fence about giving a new barber shop a try your feelings of hesitance are valid, but rest assured this team will do everything they can to treat you right and provide you with quality work . Special shout-out to Chino and Erik for always helping me look my best!

Barber Shops and Beauty Salons are great investments because folk will always need hair care. With that being said, it's nice to be able to have the traditional barber shop experience on another level. I started dropping in, here and there, when I couldn't make it to my own barber. Wayne used to take care of me when I would drop in. Earlier this year, I started going to Exclusive on a regular basis. I appreciate the level of professionalism each barber has. Took probably less than 15 minutes for him to do it all which normally takes 45 minutes for my hair. When he asked what I thought I told him what to fix and he said "I'll get it right next time" and motioned for me to get up. There ain't gonna be a next time bro not with your goofy haircuts and poor customer service. Didn't even line up my edges, left was diagonal and right was straight. Forgot to thin out the other half of my head. Cut my hair straight back above my ear and left a mullet. Not only that, but left side was straight up chopped you could see the line and the right side was faded. Took way more off the top and less than what I wanted on the back. Keep in mind I showed this dude a picture before I even sat down and he still messed it up bad. Save your time and money and don't go here. This guys just tryna make a quick buck and he doesn't care about doing it right. I get it you're busy, but don't say you can cut my hair and do it half assed. Had to get another cut after this one just to "fix" what little hair he left me when I said I wanted to keep it longer.
