Worst experience ever!! After taking time off from work to sit at apartment all day for them to…read moreshow up. Tylor wright showed up . He reconfigured my drain to center and replaced my old valves and left. the plumber forgot to leave the shower knob, faceplate, shower knob kit . The following day My contractor had advise me to give All Aloha a call. As he can't cut the wall if he doesn't know the size of face plate or what type of valve system they used. My contractor told me he's got only one shot to make it right. Tyler Wright was sent back. He handed the box filled with shower knob and trimmings to my contractor and left. After my contractor was done with the install he said now the Plummer should return to add the finishing touches . Once I called them again for the third time. We then took more time off from work to wait for the arrival. As they give time frames of a whole days span. They expect you to hop when they roll out. So another wasted day waiting . To find out that they should have set the drain before my contractor set and sealed the floor. They then called my contractor asking if he could tear out the entire shower base so they can reconfigure the drain. My contractor said no way! U guys need to buy a special part that will allow u to set drain without doing another demolition. I lost my mind after them returning three times and still no shower. We have been without shower for days and loss of of pay and inconvenience by having to shower at family houses ect and extreme stress. I got on the phone immediately and started to cry out of total frustration my hands trembled and it all seemed like a total nightmare. I demanded compensation for all of this agony . The girl on the other end of the phone said the manger would call me back in the morning. And that they may need to order a special part to now make it work cause the floor was already set. The day that Taylor returned to the apartment with the box of trimmings . He had all the time to set the drain and communicate with me and contractor Today still no call back ! I'm Literally on the rocks not knowing a ETA on my shower or what's going on as far as parts on order ect. I ended up called again for the fifth time demanding to speak to John the manger. He basically told me they did everything that was in the contract & that my contractor should have known not to set the floor without the drain being set. John the manger said if I wanted them to order a drain adapter they could but would be an additional charge. He was extremely cold and showed no compassion nor did he show any urgency to make things right. Once they get payment they Ghost you! This is an example of the poorest communication ever! If u don't want a heart attack or anxiety attack DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!! u might as well hire a toddler to do your pipes if u do. I'm still without a shower after thousands spent on what should have been a simple seamless job. Once they get payment they will go ghost on you.

Bailey was our main service person and his partner (I wish I had his name, too!) were very respectful when they asked if they needed to take off their shoes. I appreciated that because I don't like shoes in the house. It's how I was raised. I asked if they had booties. They quickly went back to their service vehicle and got their booties for their work shoes. They had to repair our toilet seal and the cost came out to around $400. They were done in about an hour. I hoped for competent workmanship and a reasonable price for replacing an older solar water heater with a new electric water heater. I was also glad that I even found a 100 dollar off coupon for a new water heater that Allen's Plumbing offered on their website. Scheduling was an issue as I was forwarded from an Oahu call center to a Maui local scheduling number and was forwarded again to a department that would need to estimate my job. During each of these stages I thought communication was adequate and I was told my online coupon for $100 would be honored. Work was planned and completed on the date it was scheduled. No real surprises. I did ask and paid extra for installing 2 owner provided fixtures. These were installed and worked without issue. A day or so after I was charged for the initial job and extra work I asked for and was emailed a receipt. When I checked on the receipt I found I was not credited for the $100 coupon. I then called the same Maui local scheduling number and asked about the coupon. I was told they did not recall accepting the coupon for this job. I gave them a few weeks to rectify this issue as a business that should obviously honor coupons they offer and even accepted prior to starting a job. This has not happened. I can't give a high rating because of this but if you want to continue to hire them to do competent workmanship then you will get what you pay for. A pleasant surprise today. After a few weeks of no response to an issue on coupon for $100, I received a response from the owner. He seemed very straightforward and addressed the issue with a refund. I understand businesses can get busy and may not always get back to you but it was nice that the owner stepped up to clear this up once he was aware of it. Customer service and honest business practices are still alive and well. This gives me confidence to revise my review and recommend this business for this small gesture that really tells a lot about the plumbing company you may hire in the future.
