At that time, we had not made a decision about who was going to replace our roof. He was one of the very first people to call and offer help with my 26 panels. We chose our roofer and SunRun came out to remove our panels. All was good, or so we thought. The roofers indicated there were two remaining panels we forgot about. These panels were on the house since the original build. The roofer suggested that I call Rama since they had worked closely before and he was a trusted electrician. Within 48 hours, Rama had made it to my house to squeeze us in and remove those two panels! Without him, our roof progress was stilted. Rama was fast, professional, quick, and very pleasant. He took the stress out of the situation and even did the reinstall within one week of removing them! We are still waiting for Sunrun to complete the rest of their work with the remaining 26 panels. Again, an absolute pleasure to work with, delivers more than he promises on time and for a great price. 3) Today, Rama came to replace the old 2nd hot water panel that was leaking badly. He and his team went up on the roof, poked around for 10 minutes and came down to say that the leak was actually from a copper feeder pipe that had corroded over the years and was leaking into the panel. An hour later he turned the system back on. There were no leaks and hot water was restored. He charged me only for his time and parts. He saved me a few thousand dollars. By the way, his bid for the original work was the lowest by far and he was able to get to the job faster than his competition. I really can't give Rama a better recommendation. He's the best vendor I've ever worked with in my 74 years.

Laulima Solar worked in conjunction with the roofer to start reinstalling our PV while the roof was still being worked on! We also had them replace the failing solar hot water heater and panels at the same time. We named Laulima as the solar contractor in charge of our Enphase account at the beginning of this process and they reviewed our system and offered recommendations. We wanted some upgrades and Camilo made recommendations as to upgrade and "placement" of those panels. There was also after install review and a request for any changes we might want. We've had Solar Hot Water since we moved in 25 years ago. PV started in 2008. Except for Sunny Solutions hot water (retired-no longer in business), we've not had this level of service - even when requested.
