He took the time to make sure he understood exactly what I was trying to achieve, and always kept me updated on what he was doing and why. We had another vendor working on the HVAC who needed to get on the internet at one point. John didn't seem at all put off when I asked if he could create a temporary jack for me to plug the modem into for a few minutes. He labeled the cables, as well as the jacks he installed, in case somebody had to try to figure them out in the future.
