Please read this before hiring. The cleaner we had was kind and friendly, but the service itself was completely unprofessional. I hired them to clean an empty house I was moving into - a very simple job (one room, oven, windows, and a restroom). The work was subpar. The cleaner had to stay an extra hour because she admitted she missed tasks the first time around. When I explained this to the owner, instead of addressing the poor quality, I was met with defensive excuses that I "hadn't booked enough time." If that were the case, why not be upfront before starting the job rather than leaving me with an incomplete, poorly done service? *CAUTION*: This company's expectation is that you micromanage and hover over every task to ensure it's done properly. Please see the attached screenshot where the owner explicitly stated this is required for a "good quality service." I couldn't be more disappointed with the cleaning service we received before moving into our home. We requested and paid for a deep clean, but the experience fell far short of expectations. The cleaners appeared very inexperienced (20 years old) and did not speak English, so communication had to be done through Google Translate. I gave clear instructions on which rooms to start with and which to clean last, yet they immediately began working in the room I specifically asked them to save for the end. It became clear early on that they were not being thorough--when I wiped surfaces behind them, the paper towel came up filthy. When I pointed this out, they called their manager to complain rather than address the issue. Their cleaning methods were also concerning. They did not use appropriate products for hardwood floors, so I ended up cleaning them myself. They were using a small plastic bowl to dip a rag into, leaving water spots throughout the house, which I had to go back and remove. Several drawers, shelves, and high areas were completely missed. One cleaner even stood on the kitchen counter with shoes on while attempting to clean the vent hood. They also asked for a ladder (which we didn't have yet since we hadn't moved in), so anything out of reach was simply not cleaned. The bathrooms were left with visible soap scum on the tiles and glass because they didn't use proper cleaning solutions or rinse with the shower head. They told me the buildup "wouldn't come out," yet I was able to remove it myself with the correct products. The same happened with the kitchen sink. Also, an entire closet was missed. For $400, I expected a professional deep clean. Instead, we received substandard work from individuals who did not seem trained or properly equipped. I cannot recommend this service. read more

They totally skipped one bathroom, and the laundry area ( only needed floor mopped) they didn't pick up and move many things to dust under them. They didn't dust my wood chairs, or polish my wood table. The toaster oven wasn't moved so it had crumbs under it . They didn't dust wood shutters like I asked. Subpar service for $85 / hr. Not very thorough. They were on time but for the time that was quoted, not much was done. I was told 2.5-3 hours for 2 ppl for a 1400 sq ft. house. I was very disappointed with the owner Valeria's service. I posted a yelp ad the other day looking for deep cleaning for 1 bedroom apartment. QleanLa was the first to respond. Initially, She told me that she can do 2 cleaners, 2 hour minimum for $ 80 per hour or a flat rate of 180 to complete everything. The cleaners came 15 min late. The two cleaners were friendly & nice; however, they seemed over worked from previous assignments. When I told them what I wanted them to specifically focus on they said their boss only gave them 2 hrs and they will try to do their best whatever they can complete within the time frame, because they have more backed up assignments to attend. The workers were under extreme time pressure and did surface cleaning not completing everything that was requested. When I messaged the boss about the flat rate agreement to complete the entire task, she mislead the agreement and gave diff quotes from flat rate agreement if it takes longer than 2 hrs. I felt very mislead/disappointed, as I was specifically looking for DEEP cleaning service ; and. Now I'm searching for cleaning service again to FINISH what was incomplete. Please be aware that the bosses definition of 2 hrs minimum really means 2 hrs maximum of the quote she is giving and flat rate is totally inaccurate. If you want a truly deep quality cleaning don't go with this service. Very disappointed in the service and experience. :( read more

Ksenia and Dima were my cleaners and they arrived early and after doing a walk through of the space they immediately got to work! These two were like a cleaning tornado leaving no nook or cranny unscrubbed. I specifically hired them for a cleaning of baseboards, walls, ledges and mopping of my heavily tile & wood house and they did not disappoint. As a mom of two small kids they were able to do the type of cleaning I wish I had the time and energy to do! One thing to note, is that they did use our vacuum and mop. I read some good reviews and wanted to try this company. They were quick to respond and sent someone 2 days later. The person showed up and didn't really know what he needed to do. I showed him around and let him know what I wanted. Long story short he spent five hours upstairs and didn't make any beds or empty trash. I came up later he didn't do too much of anything upstairs. I text the company and sent pictures. They said he was going back up to finish. He was there for 8 hours and my place was not even cleaned! I left for the store for 30 mins and the person I've been texting said he was finished and needed me to pay. I did because I wanted him out my house and my husband text me once the guy left and said he didn't even do the dishes and didn't even make it to do our downstairs. I sent pictures to the company and all they did was apologize. Never offered to give me my money back, gave a discount before they even knew it wasn't completely clean, and never offered someone else to come clean. I would never use this company again. Be aware because it's hourly. That's crazy, 8 hours and my place wasn't clean!! Your response below is laughable!! These pictures were taken after the guy left except for the bed being made up with just the comforter and not any sheets! So please do not come on here telling lies!
