It's absolutely delicious. There are times it can be bit salty but adding little hot water will solve this issue with no problem. I am not so sure about crayfish from here as my crayfish on rice bowl was made with rubbery frozen crayfish. It was not bad but very tough and lack of flavor due to freezing process. The deep-fried tofu was bland and forgettable. The stir-fried shrimp was acceptable but nothing special. The biggest disappointment was the sweet and sour pork. I specifically asked the server to make sure the pork was crispy, but it arrived soft and lumpy rather than light and crunchy. Even the complimentary red bean dessert soup was watery and lacked flavor. Our bill came to about $104 for two people. For the quality of the food, I didn't feel it offered good value.
