Whether you read my experience or not, please consider visiting Budds Collision center instead. I came to Assured with a simple broken fender and light. When I picked up the repaired car, the fender was not totally flush. I took the car into another shop to make sure everything was ok, and after opening up the fender I was told that none of the parts I was charged for had actually been installed. Other than a new bumper, I was driving around a damaged and dangerous car, and there were multiple uninstalled parts rolling around in my trunk. I reviewed my Assured Automotive bill and found there were charges for many additional parts that were not installed and that I didn't even need. Assured was extremely unhelpful in the refund processes, arguing and negotiating on work that was very clearly not completed. It took nearly a month to get only a partial refund. Pictures attached show my car AFTER it was "fixed" by Assured, you will notice headlights, washer fluid tank, and fender brackets are broken.

Richard is a wizard at fixing bumpers, dents, and scratches. It's my first time getting proper…read morebody work done on my car, as it's the first time I've had a new car, this being my first significant dent. I found Richard through Google, and based on the stories and reviews that I found I decided to call him. He sounded very good on the phone and I drove to Mississauga all the way from Woodbridge to have him look at it. Richard is very particular about colors and very specific about what he can and cannot do in terms of fixes. After spending some time talking to him about the problem and what solution he proposed, I decided to go with his estimate. The turnaround time was very quick, it took about two and a half days to get the car out the door. The results are excellent, he was able to match the paint really well, including the pearl aspects of it, the metallic layer, the various particle sizes of metallic, even the particular shade of that panel in relation to the general paint code for the car. The clear coat was nicely blended in with the rest of the panel. Despite the fact that this bumper has a lot of compound curves, Richard was able to bring back the shape to exactly what it looked like originally. Even though the dent doesn't look that big it was quite serious and had deformed the bumper. It looks like new now. Please see the pictures and you can judge for yourself
