We are SEVERELY disappointed with this auto shop. I've read every *single* one of these Google…read moreReviews before posting my own experience, which has left a seriously bad taste in my mouth and memory. We brought our vehicle into the shop to be serviced under the manager and owner of this store - Angelo Martins. After the vehicle was involved in a collision, we were assured that it was in good hands, given the good reviews. The vehicle was promised to be returned within a week. After that period passed, we contacted Angelo regarding the return of our vehicle, only to be notified that it wasn't going to be ready for another week. First red flag. Thus, we contacted the insurance company, which told us that they would not cover addition time that was not initially agreed upon due to Angelo's request for an extended time. After calling Patricio Auto again, we were reassured that the vehicle would be available the next day. Isn't that funny? Here's what happened: When we picked up the vehicle the next day, we noticed that it had been driven OVER 110 KM WITHOUT OUR CONSENT. This was done without permission, authorization, notice, OR OUR KNOWLEDGE. This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Patricio Auto was not aware of the fact that we had taken pictures of the mileage use before and after the car was left for repair. 110+ KM on the mileage!! You can make FOUR COMPLETE TRIPS from Mississauga to Toronto with that distance covered. Our family was sincerely concerned: What if the vehicle was involved in a parking infringement, traffic violation, or worse - a crime? Usage of a vehicle that is NOT YOURS and without the permission of the owner is CAR THEFT. This is quoted from Toronto Police (read below). When we confronted Angelo regarding this matter, he denied it and said he had no idea how this could have happened. BULLSHIT! You are the OWNER OF PATRICIO AUTO, and any other management staff who could have potentially used it would have cleared it with you first! How dare you lie to our faces. We trusted you with our vehicle and you betrayed that trust. It is NOT YOUR VEHICLE to decide whether or not you want to take it for a little joyride to KFC. It gets better: Then Angelo promises us that he would detail our car for free if we didn't file a complaint or report this incident. This was huge red flag number two. Since then, we have filed a report and flagged our vehicle during the time that it was under Patricio Auto's Maintenance with Toronto Police with specific details regarding this auto shop - as well as filed a complaint report and spoken with an investigating detective. Details of Patricio Auto, as well as the owner, Angelo Martins was also requested and given to Toronto Police. They quoted directly that such an incidence is defined as unauthorized use and THEFT OF A VEHICLE. Furthermore, our family is now filing an official complaint with Consumer Protection Ontario Ministry, The Better Business Bureau, as well as the Small Claims Court. BUYER BEWARE! We are absolutely disgusted with Angelo, and Patricio Auto's lack of integrity and honesty regarding this matter and will never return or suggest this shop to friends or family. This honest review was not made for the purpose of intimidation or out of resentment. We are hoping that no more potential customers will experience this lack of honesty from an auto shop that needs to be held to the real expectations of the reputation it has claimed to enjoy.

Whether you read my experience or not, please consider visiting Budds Collision center instead. I came to Assured with a simple broken fender and light. When I picked up the repaired car, the fender was not totally flush. I took the car into another shop to make sure everything was ok, and after opening up the fender I was told that none of the parts I was charged for had actually been installed. Other than a new bumper, I was driving around a damaged and dangerous car, and there were multiple uninstalled parts rolling around in my trunk. I reviewed my Assured Automotive bill and found there were charges for many additional parts that were not installed and that I didn't even need. Assured was extremely unhelpful in the refund processes, arguing and negotiating on work that was very clearly not completed. It took nearly a month to get only a partial refund. Pictures attached show my car AFTER it was "fixed" by Assured, you will notice headlights, washer fluid tank, and fender brackets are broken.

My front left side car was scratch and bended in a worst place possible, bumper scratch also. After research the area, in Mississauga west, asking for price and time to fix my car, I got to Mintz. Price and time to fix, were impossible to reject, quality still unknown. I took the risk, and after tree days I was call to pick up my car. To my surprise not only the price and the time to fix the car was great, the quality of the work was exceptional too. I was presented picture of the phase of the work that couldn't be seen on the finish product, so you could see the quality of the work. More than happy with the choice I made. Thank you Mintz Auto! I found Richard through Google, and based on the stories and reviews that I found I decided to call him. He sounded very good on the phone and I drove to Mississauga all the way from Woodbridge to have him look at it. Richard is very particular about colors and very specific about what he can and cannot do in terms of fixes. After spending some time talking to him about the problem and what solution he proposed, I decided to go with his estimate. The turnaround time was very quick, it took about two and a half days to get the car out the door. The results are excellent, he was able to match the paint really well, including the pearl aspects of it, the metallic layer, the various particle sizes of metallic, even the particular shade of that panel in relation to the general paint code for the car. The clear coat was nicely blended in with the rest of the panel. Despite the fact that this bumper has a lot of compound curves, Richard was able to bring back the shape to exactly what it looked like originally. Even though the dent doesn't look that big it was quite serious and had deformed the bumper. It looks like new now. Please see the pictures and you can judge for yourself
