I cannot speak to the other reviews, but I have been here a dozen or so times over two years and I have never had a bad food experience. I would give it a zero but you can't do that so I have to give it one star it was the worst experience ever had to wait in line for one hour to get food. People got to me who ordered online manager was yelling at everyone worst experience, they also ran out of queso. The person in front of me also ordered extra lettuce online and then they got there in person and the manager yelled at them and said they could not get extra lettuce cause they were almost out. Unfortunately I am saddened I did not have a great experience at Qdoba today. I had completely forgotten that there was a Qdoba in Woodbury and was excited to go back to one. I hadn't been to one in 2-3 years. I used to eat at Qdoba all the time when I lived in another state. Anyways, I ordered a chicken bowl to go...the ingredients looked fresh and delish but halfway through eating my bowl I found a hair. That was the end of me finishing my bowl and most likely eating at a Qdoba again. Came in at 8:30 for a late dinner. I ordered the bowl with impossible meat. My partner ordered a burrito. They were basically out of everything and provided the smallest portions possible for the servings. 1/4 cup of rice, 1/4 cup of protein, etc... $28.00 for a bowl, burrito, and chips with queso. Pros: variety of protein options on the menu. Spicy queso is available. Cons: Out of white rice, dried out seasoned rice that looked like it was in the pan for 5 hrs, out of black beans, out of cheese, out of queso, out of... majority of things. How could this be when the restaurant doesn't close until 10? Poor management in my opinion. I should have went to Chipotle! Overpriced especially for the portions and lack of freshness. Ordered a bowl online at 6:40 on a Friday, picked it up and got home only to realize it was missing 3 items: lettuce, pico and salsa verde. Tried calling several times with no answer, so I decided to drive back up there as these were key items I really wanted. Went up to the counter and explained my concern. The response I received was so unexpected that I just stood there for a second processing it. "We were out of those items when we made your order." No apology. No mention of this when I picked it up, I guess they simply just omit it. And they did indeed make more as they had all 3 items 1/2 hour later when I had gone back. I was then asked if I wanted these items. Um, yes, I just drove back up here. No fresh bowl, just handed them to me in little, covered cup and I walked out a bit stunned. Warning! What a Terrible experience!! The employees on Sunday 1/17/20 @ 1:30 PM were unfriendly and it was clear they didn't want to be there. It was very difficult to hear, not because of the mask, but she actually mumbled. The burritos were not wrapped well and they fell apart when opening up to eat. EVERYTHING was so SALTY that it was hard to eat! I would avoid this place!! I should have read the negative reviews prior to visiting. I love Q'Doba, especially their grilled quesadilla. I visited with a friend around 3pm on Sunday, 1/12/2020. There was only one worker behind the counter trying to help customers, and though it wasn't busy she had a lot of chicken cooking on the grill behind her that needed attention. Another worker came from the back up front and was asked to help, and the employee that came from the back was clearly annoyed. She came up and helped me, was lazy in putting on her gloves to prep the food, then she picked up one of the large silver trays to move the tortilla to the grill for my quesadilla and held it up against her shirt to put on her gloves. What the hell was the reason for that? Just put your gloves on then start preparing. I asked for a grilled quesadilla with chicken and just a tiny amount of black beans. She didn't drain the black beans and put a MASSIVE amount on my quesadilla. She was just so huffy in all of her actions in preparing the food that I was grossed out. I had to use the restroom during our visit and when I went to wash my hands there was only 1-2 pumps of soap left when it ran out, did I tell the worker? No, didn't want to deal with her nasty attitude again. Food was average, chicken was dry, definitely not on par from the other Q'Doba I've experienced in West St Paul or Eden Prairie that was phenomenal. read more

Would give 0 stars is I could. Ordered tonight for delivery, estimated time was 35 min. I tracked my order on-line but there appeared to be no progress. I called the store when it was 10 min late to get an update. Was told that it had left the store and was on the way. A half hour later we were still waiting so I drove to the store. There were signs on the door that they were out of items, I walk in and there were people waiting everywhere. When I finally got a chance to speak to an employee, she went looking for the order and said they didn't have it. I told her they certainly did. She went and got the manager, so I explained the issue again and finally another employee spoke out and said he just sent out the order. Manager asked what I wanted her to do since the order had left, I asked what can you do. She said she would refund my money (I will be checking my credit card to make sure). Get home and delivery driver was just leaving. We opened the food and the disaster continued. Ordered three hard shell tacos with ground beef. They were ice cold and absolutely no beef, nor much of anything else. They went right to the garbage. The nacho mixture was also ice cold but was able to heat it up. The quesadilla was slightly warm. Order was over a hour late, when I called staff lied about status of the order, and food not in edible state. Will not be going back. read more

We ordered curbside and instructions told us to text "here" when we arrived. We did that when we arrived and noticed several other cars waiting. We waited for 13 minutes and then I saw the car next to us get out of their car and go in and pick there's up. So I went in to pick ours up which I did not want to do that's why I ordered curbside. I could not find our bag right away I just looked through all eight of them. The guy said we don't want you touching those bags. I told him I ordered curbside. He said did you call? Okay so we ordered through Door Dash during this crazy time. Both of us had burrito bowls. They were fine except for one thing. The rice was raw, I mean raw not cooked. We couldn't figure out how it happened except somebody wasn't paying attention and threw uncooked rice in with the cooked rice. Both of our bowls were now inedible. I eat at QDoba or chipotle at least once a week. Usually it's fairly predictable.. this tome it was awful. I arrived at 11:00 am and was the only customer in the store. I ordered chicken bowl that include lettuce. The lettuce pieces were huge, looked like they were torn by hand, not chopped. The soda machine had over half the drinks "unavailable" including all diet/lo-cal. I was told they didn't know how to fix and asked for my money back for the soda. I ordered curbside pickup today, did what the text message said and called when I arrived. The girl was polite on the phone, said they'd be out soon. It was around lunch so in my head, I figured they'd be pretty busy. I had my order set for pickup for 12:55, and they brought it out at maybe 12:59? I don't think I would have even noticed had the young man who brought out my food not said he was sorry for the delay and that someone else had taken my order, so they had to remake it. On top of that, they gave me a coupon for a free entree to make up for it. When I got home, I looked in my bag and it wasn't my order at all but all the same, I just wanted to say thank you to them for the effort. We will definitely not be coming back. My food was burnt and I had to scrape it off so that it was edible. The entrees my family received were not very good and poorly assembled. Once I was done eating and used the restroom I noticed that every single garbage can was over flowing and every single table was filthy and there was food EVERYWHERE on the ground. The bathroom wasnt any better. More food/dirt on the floor and overflowing garbage. I mentioned it to my husband who used the mens room and he said it was bad too and there were diarrhea splatter all over the toilet. When I walked past the food line I saw food ALL over the floor and counter. The boys who helped were very pleasant and helpful but one fellow who was cooking and chopping food had long, untamed hair and wasnt wearing any kind of hat, visor or hair net. I was so grossed out by the end of our sub-par meal that I actually considered warning the customers walking in to try somewhere else. When I called to advise them, they where rude, And stated we know you have the wrong order, but there is nothing we can do. I disagree! The service is terrible, I normally eat in Plymouth and receive excellent service. We as a family ate at the Woodbury location last week, & my daughter just wanted steak soft tacos with just meat on them. The steak wasn't ready, I had to wait over 30 minutes, which the associate who prepared the steak slammed it down on the counter & walked away. I had to ask the manager to prepare it and he was very rude & said next time you will have to pay for everything that's not how we prepare our tacos. Also I notice that their counter where they prepare the food is not clean & they throw everything around while preparing food. Although I like the food, I'm hard press to return to this location because of the rudeness & unprofessional service they provide. read more

What a horrible experience at the WOODBURY location the place was so dirty and they didn't have any of their containers for sides filled at 6:30 on a Monday night. No sour cream no veggies. Scrapings of guac.They gave me a whole jalapeño on my burrito bowl not even chopped up. Charged me $3.25 for a side of chips and I've never been charged for that before... And the cover they put on my bowl was tinfoil and it was ripped so my food spilled all over my bag. What has this place come too. NEVER coming here agsin...Chipotle is way better. read more

Highly disappointed.... food was ok. Chips were stale. I was getting out my payment when the employee took out a tray and banged it on her hand. I figured it was wet and she was getting off extra water. I paid and put away my wallet and grabbed my food only to realize it was on a dirty tray full of sauce and cheese. This is our local qdoba and we wanted something that we could make keto friendly. We ordered through doordash two salad bowls no rice with protein chicken and steak. My steak bowl sides are completely different from my husbands chicken sides. We were disappointed they had swapped the proteins. We will give a 4 star regardless of the swap and we'll give qdoba another chance. Best out of 3, our experience might go up or down in future, but we aren't completely counting them out as an dining option. I'll be back. read more
