She repeatedly complains when I ask for queso and chips on the side for my nacho bowl, even though it's essentially the same ingredients dissembled; just not soaked together. I had a very positive experience at this Qdoba! Last week, I went for a "chicken bowl" - man was it good and full of toppings. Great portion size, toppings were fresh and tasty. The staff was friendly-ish (nobody loves front line fast food). The chicken was fresh, warm, moist, juicy... rice was fluffy. Toppings fresh and plentiful (even when I asked for more/double). When all was said and done, they could barely close the lid on my VERYREEASONABLE chicken bowl. The restaurant was clean. Well run. I tried this place as I had grown tired of Chipolte. This place has a double steak protein bowl , so I ordered it . The worker did the bait and switch and gave me a double serving of meat which is not on the menu. It cost me an extra 4.50. When the worker was found out , he claimed that he didnt understand , his english was not that good. I had him call his manager who did the same thing. I wont go here anymore. Average service here. What I mean is, sometimes there're friendly and get my order right and other times it's a complete miss. There is no consistency in quality, accuracy or customer service. Yet, their options are better than Chipotle IMO and my kids prefer it over the competitors, so we continue to come. From out of town so I don't visit this location often. My first visit was wonderful, the staff was great and the food was hot. My second visit, not so much. One of the employees running the line was extremely rude, throwing stuff all over the place and loudly complaining about customers. From my understanding, they were supposed to clock out and go home, but a small dinner rush came in. Again, to a customer, that's out of our control, so to be treated by whatever their going through is not fair to a unsuspecting customer. When we got to checkout, we weren't even offered drinks, chips or a receipt. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Stopped in to eat today....stood in a line with my son. It was 2 people in front of us. 5 young people in the work area. Qdoba is like Jane Brady. She wants the attention her older sister, Marcia (Chipotle in this case), receives but just doesn't have what it takes to get it. I've been to this location a couple of times due to some people here and there preferring Qdoba's food over the older sister's. I believe they enjoyed the convenience and accessibility as the closest Chipotle is in Pikesville. Anywho, I was in the mood for tacos and because I don't trust Taco Bell and I was limited on time to drive to Pikesville, I settled on Qdoba. I ordered the Drunken Yardbird tacos which has lime chicken, salsa verde, cheese and guacamole. They were decent and satisfied my taco craving but left my wallet empty. Three tacos were $10 after taxes which is a bit overpriced. Another downside is the fact that you can't mix and match your taco fillings. What ever taco you request, you can either get one or three all made the same way. Overall, the food was lackluster. Will just bite the bullet and drive to Chipotle (or another Mexican restaurant) the next time I'm in need of tacos. read more

As a Chipotle stan, it took me awhile to come around to Qdoba. My boyfriend is the opposite, and we used to "lovingly" disagree on which place had better food. He would always argue in favor of Qdoba's queso sauce. I didn't really care that much about the queso, but one day I woke with a craving and I HAD to have it! Ever since that fateful day Qdoba has won me over, and in my opinion, Chipotle may have some competition! Aside from the queso sauce, I like the fact that Qdoba has a more varied menu. In addition to burritos, they have tacos, quesadillas, salads, nachos, and soup. Even better is their "Craft 2" menu option, where you can order two menu items at a smaller portion than normal. This is great for those times when you can't decide what to get, or when you want to try something new but also want what your usual order. I'm not sure why this particular Qdoba has low ratings...every time I've come here, the service has been fine and the food is always up to par. If you're ready to shake things up a little bit, try something different and give Qdoba a chance! read more

Didn't even order food - the place was so dirty I just didn't want to take the chance. The rice had bits of the surrounding food in it, the steak looked burnt, and the countertop was visibly dirty. On the walk out noticed that pretty much everything else was just as dirty. I had taken a break from this place just for this reason and now they are on the "do not order" list. No need for customer service to contact me - there is nothing you can do to make this right except hire staff that keep your restaurant clean for the people that are still willing to go here. I went there last week and placed an order for the surf and turf. I asked how much it would be if I ordered chicken as well. The young lady told me I will have to create my own. She could not understand that I wanted to just order additional chicken. The guy told me it will be an additional 2.49. He was able to stop all that confusion of her, not understanding. There were other people in there so I did not et anyone know but I emailed the corporate office to let them know, I did not want to destroy the business. I got the tortilla in a bowl which was pretty good. I don't really eat here so wasn't sure what all to expect. I like that they offer ground beef as a meat option...yum! I have a thing for ground beef, queso & sour cream. I was however disappointed in the guacamole. I love chips & gauc, and this definitely fell short.
