You get a lot of bang for your buck here. I've tried all the pizza places in the area and it's the cheapest. They don't skimp on the ingredients. I got salads and pizzas multiple times. The salads were magnificent. The vegetables were fresh and crisp and the grilled chicken was excellent. I appreciate the pizza because it's wholesome. It's got kind of simple and homestyle ingredients and style, giving the feeling of almost going back and just scooping up meat and cheese with bread. However, the bread brings us back to reality. It has a unique sweet taste. Someone who doesn't care much for natural-tasting restaurant food might not be too crazy about it, but I find it delicious, refreshing, and a good bargain. read more

Lessons the place used to have really good food. I was pretty hooked on it. Something changed either the management food cost but overall the food quality diminished pretty significantly. The place is nowhere near as clean as it used to be. I just wish it went back to the way it was earlier I'd say 2015 2017 the place was much better. Food quality was perfect. The food is good I normally get the Owings Mills Cheeseteak but a few times there has been some sedement (??) in the bottom of my cup for my fountain drinks so I just wouldn't recommend the fountain drinks or teas. Fries are great though!!! read more

Delivery was super quick, and he was very friendly. However the food was terrible. Ordered a cold cut sub, and shrimp salad sub. The rolls were very stale, the shrimp salad was warm, and the deli meat was hard. So awful, will NEVER order from here again.Would have given no stars if possible. read more

They need to rethink the one of bread used for the subs. It's very ... breast and makes it hard to get to the little bit or toppings that are on the sandwich. I wish I would've looked at yelp reviews before I ordered my food. But, the flavors are pretty good. Nothing really to hype up. If you know what chicken and cheese and hots tasted like, you can imagine it. But the bread kills it for me. Since I moved out here in August, I haven't been able to find a decent cheesesteak. This place is a 17 minute walk from my hometown. Not sure why it would take them 50 minutes to deliver or cook. I ordered one big cheesesteak and it came with free fries. I ordered 1slice of plain cheesecake, 1 slice of carrot cake, and 1 slice of lemon cake. I'm currently waiting for this order. I will update after it arrives and the food has been tasted. Well it arrived before the 50 minutes. Well, my son ate the sub and fries. I tasted them. It was pretty good for our first time eating here. They should cook the fries in a different oil, ( oily) and they wouldn't be flimsy. Desserts were good. We will definitely try them again!!! read more

This sub, pizza, stromboli and chicken shack is called "The Big Cheese" because they offer and apply generous amounts of cheese to most of their menu items and most of them feature cheese. The menu consists of 9 and 12 inch subs like a normal sub shop. An idea of what subs they serve are: 4 and 6 cheeses cheesesteak, crab meat on your cheesesteak, or bacon, egg omelet and even Italian sausage; turkey subs, cold cuts, veal parmesan, blt, tuna, ham, etc...They have crazy pizza too, such as the mexican pizza, seafood, shrimp pizza, soy cheese, buffalo chicken, etc...The huge menu also has stromboli, ribs, salads, buffalo wings, quesadillas, chicken tenders, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, etc.... I really enjoy their cheesesteaks and they remind me of the good places you find in the city. The cheesesteaks are never too greasy but you still get a good flavor. They always pack their cheesesteaks with mounds of meat so you don't have to ever ask for an overstuffed cheesesteak. The sub roll is soft and not dry and can withstand the heat and minimal grease from the meat and cheese. I love the varieties and combinations of things that they offer because some cheesesteak places shy away from those weird combos. Try them and see if they are not greasy enough for you or just right. And I've had a cheesesteak with the bacon and it was real bacon just chopped up to go into the sub. It was good too! Their cheesesteaks are around $8 and up depending which GIANT you order but it really is worth is compared to ALLLLLL of the sub/pizza cheesesteak spots in the Owings Mills area. Yesterday I ordered a Chicken Caesar Salad WITH SHRIMP for delivery when I got the salad THE SHRIMP WAS NOT COOKED AT ALL and the chicken was cold, now I understand it's a Salad but Uncooked shrimp is just a big fat NONO I didn't even call back because honestly at that point I didn't want anything else from them! I'm not sure why this is rated so low, it's the best pizza in the area. The only downside is that delivery time is always an hour regardless of what time you order. Gross and horrible customer service. Ordered delivery and my food was cold, I received the wrong order & the English is horrible. I ordered a cheesesteak and a chicken cheesesteak. Never received my chicken cheesesteak but I received two over cooked and very dry cheesesteaks. The fries were burned and the half and half's were complete water. When I called back to tell them how bad my food was I was offered 20% off my next order which I'll never get because I'll never return. Not to mention it took me almost two hours to get my food. I absolutly LOVE their food!! You will never find a cheese steak with more cheese and more steak. The 6-cheese steak is insanely good, and literally half cheese. I've had their pizza as well which is very delicious. Cheese fries are amazing. Unfortunately, not a place to go if you want good customer service. Delivery takes about an hour and sometimes the food can be cold. If you call for carry out, it takes awhile for them to answer the phones, and also awhile for someone to come to the counter once you try to pick up. However, they are a small owned family business, so I like to give them the benefit of the doubt that they can not hire a lot of staff. read more

Worst food and customer service in Reisterstown. We ordered 2 subs, 2 quesadillas, fries and mozzarella sticks. Our order was $61. The quesadillas are made on pizza dough. Seriously. Who does that? Shouldn't it be made known on the menu or when you place the order? That is pretty much a stromboli. There is hardly any filling. It is pretty much just a folded over dry ass pizza. This was the nastiest food I ever had in my life. There is no reason why if I place an order before this place even opens that my food was still late. The wings I ordered were overcooked and dry. The fries were lukewarm and the coleslaw had no taste and too much mayonnaise and not even cold!. My coworker got cheese fries that looked like they just threw a piece of cheese on top and nuked it. This place has really good food. We order delivery from here about once a month. The cheesesteaks are HUGE and they def come with enough meat and cheese. The wings are pretty good too. I've only had the pizza from here once, but I really liked it. Salads are fresh and come with a ton of toppings. Delivery usually takes about 1 - 1.5 hours, which is pretty long imo, but def worth the wait. Also, I am happy to say that we have never received an incorrect order from this place, which can be easy to do when you get delivery. The Big Cheese is a great local pizza and sub shop. The pizza's they make have an excellent crust and out of this world marinara sauce. They offer basically any size pizza you would ever need, from 12" to 24". The cheese steaks they make are amazing as well. Mammoth amounts of steak, and a ton of different varieties. Their specialty "Big Cheese" cheese steaks all come with fries, and they're pretty good. If you're looking to eat in, they have a few tables and chairs set up, but it's nothing special. Open til 11pm on a Saturday night has got to be a joke. Most recently, last weekend, ordered online and nothing showed up & no call.
