When I arrived the smoked brisket was all out however, they were in the process of making some more brisket and I was asked can I wait for an additional 10mins for my order to be filled. I waited in the dining room and I noticed how the trash near the front door was overflowing. The staff was ok but, could have been more aware about what is available on the line prior to starting to make my bowl when I first arrived. I ordered delivery from the Chipotle app based on the recently hyped Keith Lee inspired quesadilla. I ordered sofrito and fajitas quesadillas with a side of sour cream, pinto beans, white rice, and a side of vinaigrette. What I received was only the quesadilla served in a bowl and not the special container with built in areas for the sides. I am disappointed in the Chipotle app and resolution provided. No salad dressing? I was only told once I started with the employee making my bowl she asked after the lettuce rice beans and protein. The biggest issue is selling salads without dressing. I wish I could give this place less. I've visited several times in person before the virus and just ordered via doordash. Before, unless you keep an eye on your order they toss your order around like a toy not food. Via doordash, food was decent, however queso had a chunk of steak in it. For someone who has a stricter diet especially religious, this isn't okay. It means food is handled poorly if a steak falls from another container to queso container and needs better attention. I feel guilty believing that it is safe to eat if they cannot even keep their foods from cross contamination that is outside of the virus nature. read more
