We stopped at Qdoba because the reviews on yelp were really good. I'm so glad we did! The food is amazing! I ordered the shredded beef burrito and made it to my own liking. It was delicious! The right amount of rice, cheese, lettuce and meat. The sauce adds an extra boost of flavour that just makes your tastebuds swim with excitement! My Husband got the three taco's and I'm assuming it was good sine he barely spoke to me the whole time he was eating. Of course, I didn't mind the burrito was just too good! The staff was extremely friendly and made sure to take their time while making your food. It was such a good experience I had to come twice before my week trip in London was up! If you are thinking about it, I'm telling you come here for sure! read more

I had the brisket birria at QDOBA in windsor ontarios location and it was huge and delicious. I was headed for reliable ol popeyes across the street from my hotel tonite but took a chance on a place ive never heard of on my side of the street. I checked out some reviews and decided on Here. Such a home run decision. The other home run was asking the friendly staff what I should have and they walked me thru the whole building process with friendly suggestions along the way. It's like helping an old lady across the street kinda feeling. I think we were all happy with how it turned out. Ha! I Decided on a shell bowl meal. I would have have picked one protein but couldn't make up my mind and she could tell , she mentioned I could do a mix of 2. BAM! brisket and chicken it is. I could kiss her. Fresh ingredients, large helping, friendly staff if you engage them, side of chips and tasty quesa that i had to ask and gladly received a 2nd helping. Bathrooms spotless clean, dining area with 2 big tvs. Even some modern pop Spanish beats on the house system. Would like a bit more authentic environment for a first class Mexican experience but I won't deduct any points for that. I also would like to see non plastic utensils but at least compostable bowls made me feel a litter better. I save the 5 star ratings for the places where I lick the plates before saying I'm done. Walking out the door so pleasantly satisfied that I'm looking up where other locations are and what friends to tell they need to check it. The staff were very friendly and lovely, even after the customer in front of me was less than pleasant and very critical about the prices. I usually get take out but chose to eat in to kill some time. I was surprised to find free wifi and an outlet to plug in my phone. My food was delicious. I had a steak burrito and chips and guacamole. My burrito was massive and delicious. The steak was fresh and they packed it full of other burrito goodness. The guac was a highlight, the little cup was FULL and I had tons of chips (more than a take out order). read more

t. Stumbled upon the Wellington location during a road trip. Looking for Chipotle type Mexican food, I wanted to give this restaurant a try. NOT disappointed at all. The food was delicious and filling! The counter staff was friendly, even when my 16yr old undecided daughter was hemming and hawing. We had the steak burrito, The Barbacoa or shredded beef burrito, the Chicken Burrito and their taco trio. All of them tasty, but the shredded beef Burrito was incredible. The food is a bit pricey. The pop machine does have issues. The place is bright and airy with plenty of free parking. Easy to get in and out. We definitely plan to go there often, beats driving to Toronto to get a Chipotle fix. Update 30th Sep 2016: After reading some comments about the staff being rude to guests, we decided to go back and test them under typical guest undecidedness (stupidity) Disclaimer: We do not own this franchise or get free food. I write reviews, just plain and honest personal opinions. My son did not accompany us, but sent his pseudo healthy order via my wife. Without placing our order 'line assembly' style (four burritos, wrap type, rice type, move to next station , bean type, meat type, salsa type , move to next station , lettuce, cheese , other condiments , move to cashier, pay, and depart), my wife places the first order, whole grain wrap, brown rice, pinto bean, pico de gallo, chicken, spicy salsa, cheese, lettuce, done. I followed with white wrap, cillantro white rice, pinto bean, pico de gallo, shredded beef, spicy salsa, cheese, lettuce and sour cream. Daughter was undecided, and my wife comes around to help, meanwhile other customers have already joined the queue, and we were totally disrupting the flow. Heck, if I was behind the counter, I would have yanked my own hair out. But these guys were pretty understanding, and nothing but courteous. So I call the rudeness part Bullshit! If a guest shows attitude or rudeness, maybe it gets reciprocated. The meals are simply delicious, and be prepared to sit with loose fitting clothes and just vegetate for an hour or two, because you'll be stuffed. Its a bit expensive, but worth it in my most humble opinion. Will definitely visit at least twice a month on weekends. Update Jan 3, 2017 Tried the new Chipotle restaurant in the White Oaks area. Best Queso ever. Thats legit. From there its downhill. I really liked Qdoba but its been declining lately culminating in tonights experience which has turned me off them for good. I placed a just eats order for future delivery within the times permitted. Shortly after I got a call from qdoba saying it was my fault they don't deliver at that hour. Just eats has the hours wrong and I am supposed to call them to get them corrected. I understand this digital world is not for everyone, but customer service is. I didn't appreciate being victim to finger pointing. I cancelled the order, and was told thats not allowed. Fortunately Just eats corrected the debacle. Funny enough later that night I drove directly past the store anyway and they were open. A little creative, constructive problem solving instead of road blocking would have avoided this disappointment. Worked out for me the alternative order was delicious!! read more

One of my go to burrito places in the south end of London. Always consistent and great taste. I would prefer this place over majority of the other places around here. I find that their serving quantity is a little higher than other places and the price is slightly lower. Worth it if you plan on picking up something quick to eat and want fast Mexican food! read more

I don't have anything against Qdoba or anything, it's just no Chipotle. And until Chipotle finally makes it's way to London, I am just going to have to deal with it. I;ve had the taco, burrito and smothered burrito so far and they have been ok. The tacos are probably my favorite, and at 2.25 on Tuesday, it's a pretty good deal. The burritos taste a little under seasoned, which I suspect comes from the bland beans and rice. I keep getting the brown rice expecting it be different but it isn't. Don't waste your money and time on the smother burritos. While they are quite large in portion, the sauce is way too rich and creamy for what I would consider to be a smothered burrito. Yum yum yum... I'm a big fan of non-authentic mexican food (i.e. burrito bandidos/boyz, fat bastard, even chipotle, etc). and this place was a great find in London! The guacamole is only $1 (Free w/ a veggie burrito) and just as good as Chipotle's (and for half the price!). I also love that they have queso sauce - who isn't a fan of cheesey sauce... One of my favorite lunch locations! Check out the Taco Salad or Taco Bowl. I love how you can customize it to your liking. They have a great selection of toppings and flavor combinations! I just had the worst experience yet! First a worker had my 81 year old mother leave a table as it was first come, first serve and she didn't have any food. She tried to explain that she was waiting for her daughters. Then we were yelled at we selected our food options. I was then asked if I wanted fountain or canned/bottled pop and the cashier was yelled at that fountain pop was our only option by who I am assuming was a Manager. The cashier then bagged up our meal that we took out rather than eating on the patio after being treated so badly. He did not give us enough cutlery or napkins for the 3 of us. It truly was the worst experience of someone overstepping their managerial duties I have ever seen. I will not be going back. read more

Delicious, fast Mexican food. Really enjoy the burritos here as well as the tacos which can seemingly be configured any way you want them. The high tech pop machine can mix any combination of Coke products you can imagine. Restaurant is always clean and staff are friendly. Delicious and quick. We always order the Craft 2 menus with 2 tacos and a naked burrito and the combinations of toppings we put is always different. I do recommend putting Queso sauce on your tacos! I enjoy the food at Qdoba. I usually have the craft two and one of two is always Mexican gumbo. If I had one complaint it would be the consistency behind the counter. For example I said I always have the gumbo. I find the quantity of each ingredient and how they make it is always a bit different and sometimes I have to tell them to put in an ingredient that is actually in the photo. What a pleasure to try this new restaurant in London. The building is very attractive and welcoming. The staff is accommodating and friendly. The food is fresh and generous portions and delicious. Try the taco salad in the edible bowl, fabulous. My husband liked the Burrito bowl and was pleasantly stuffed by the time he finished. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food served. There is a rewards system too where you can get free food, The parent company is Jack in the Box (I hate their food) out of California. read more

Qdoba is the next best thing we have to Chipotle, and it's pretty damn good. I haven't really ventured outside of what I always get (chicken burrito), but a lot of my friends have and I have only heard good things. When I used to live in the east end, the Dundas location made a lot of money off me to say the least. If your in the east end or white oaks area, eating at Qdoba is a MUST, you will not regret it. read more

The food tasted alright, it was definitely along the lines of what you'd find at a fast food place. I am not able to eat dairy or gluten and asked to have no cheese or sour cream but was still charged extra for guacamole, I thought that was poor customer service on their part. For two barely filling portions of food it was $26 which is not what I expected from seeing the yelp rating of one dollar sign. I wouldn't go back to this place because of the customer service and high prices. Also, yelp says that this place is gluten free but if you are gluten free you can only get the corn tortillas, none of the burritos. Having been to a few other Qdobas, I was excited about this newer location in London. Unfortunately upon ordering I found the quantity of food to be significantly less than every other location. Given the price stands without a full meal, it certainly came off as being a "rip off." Moreover, it was clear the staff were not ready for the dinner rush with very limited qualities set out leaving us to wait for them to catch up while what was remaining became ours.
