I needed catering for a large family event and QDoba on Windward Parkway was amazing. They brought delicious, hot food, set it all up and even brought be more when I had additional guests arrive. We were staying at a hotel so I had limited space but the employees were so helpful in suggesting other ways to set up the hot food. The food is good and the service is generally good, except for one horrible interaction from a worker who I have not seen since. However, today, on the way out, I decided to use the rest room. I came upon the supplies not being attached in the respective places. I found the set-up unsanitary and could not figure out why the step was not taken to correctly install the toilet paper and paper towels. I do not want to touch things have been touched by many other people with potentially dirty hands. I just don't get it. I am going to take a break from this place. Good food overall. The ground beef is less greasy when it's full and has sat for a bit so that the grease drops to the bottom. You don't want to end up with the bottom remains because it'll be full of grease. I would've actually given them a 4 star review, but twice I've been overcharged (they rectified it both times) and this latest time they goofed and charged me for guac on my bowl. None of those are deal breakers, so we'll be back. It's just something that visitors should keep an eye out for. The place is always clean and the food is decent. It's a solid 3 1/2 star with the potential for 4 stars when they sort out the small details. read more

Big fan. My husband loves all the burrito places, but I am not a burrito fan. Qdoba is his favorite. He has been trying to get me to try it, saying "But they have queso and there's more than just burritos on the menu!" But this Tex-Mex-lovin' Texan wouldn't have it. Until this weekend. And now, I am hooked. The place was clean, and the service was fine. Since you order at a counter, there's not much too it. They made great suggestions and were patient with me, which I appreciated since it was mine and my ten-year-old's first time there. The husband made his own massive burrito and proceeded to gnaw on it like a dog on a kong until there was no more. I don't think he uttered a word until he backed away from it. He loved it, It had chicken and...well, just about everything else you could imagine. My daughter got the kids quesadilla and she raved about the taste of the chicken. It was spicy enough that she liked it without complaining it's "Too spicy." Score. I picked the tacos, and I got one of each: Steak, Pulled Pork, and Chicken. The Steak was my favorite BY FAR, but that's usually the case. I love the cow. The pulled pork was surprisingly good, and was really good with the corn salsa. I liked the chicken, but not much as my husband and daughter did. When I go back, and oh, I will, I will likely do two steak, one pork. We also ordered the queso, and it was pretty darn good for a fast-ish food place. All in all, everything was fresh and we joined the frequent eater card club thingy because, yeahhhh, we are sooo going back. :) read more

We catered from Qdoba for my students' banquet, and I have NO complaints! The food was delicious and a good price. The manager, Tim, is WONDERFUL. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and did many things that went above and beyond his duties. It's so wonderful to have a manager and restaurant that actually cares about the customers and the community it serves rather than focusing on making a buck. Even if this isn't the most amazing Mexican food you've ever put in your mouth (although it's pretty daggum tasty), eating here supports a restaurant that actually cares about the people. You have a variety of chain burrito/taco places around here. Qdoba and Chipotle are the best for burritos or tacos; IMHO Chipotle is a little better, but Qdoba wins on the side dishes: nachos, chicken tortilla soup, or Mexican gumbo. Willy's is still the winner for the quesadilla. read more

In the context of burrito chains, Qdoba Mexican Grill is pretty freakin' good. Like other Yelpers, I agree that Chipotle beats it, if just slightly, but Qdoba hooks you up with guacamole for no extra charge and they let you make a burrito bowl into a Mexican gumbo by dumping a ladle of tortilla soup on top of whatever you requested to be loaded into your bowl. The last two times that I went to Qdoba, I was in the mood for something soupy and picked the gumbo option with lots of satisfaction. The rice isn't as tasty but it's not bad, especially once you get the meat, beans, salsas, veggies, guac, sour cream, and whatever else you pick as toppings over it. The tortilla soup is hearty, tomato-based and the flavors of various fresh-tasting ingredients meld well together. Nice and fast service. You go down the line, pointing or saying what you want, just like you would at Willy's Mexican Grill, Moe's, or Chipotle then you pay and find a booth to park at. If you are in a hurry for food and want something that can be light and full of veggies, stop at Qdoba Mexican Grill. I hear that their breakfast offerings are pretty tasty and if I am around early enough, I'll make sure to give something breakfasty a go. read more

Ordered a beef toco salad tonight. Twice I told the employee a beef taco salad. When I got home, I found a taco salad with no beef. I called back and asked the employee that helped me why the salad was missing the beef. She told me that she asked me what I wanted on it. I told her cheese, pico, and salsa since I had already told her twice a "beef" taco salad. No apologies or solutions to fix the misunderstanding. Rather the message was "you, the customer is wrong and I am right". Disappointing since I am typically a fan of QDOBA! Mistakes and misunderstandings are all about the recovery. Qdoba is a cheaper version of Chipotle, but it does not sacrifice quality for price. Although I still consider myself a huge Chipotle devotee, Qdoba truly provides the same type of cuisines for a lower price and is a more economical choice. They also have the option of choosing a bowl. However, I will say that Qdoba is a much quieter food joint than Chipotle is. Consider heading here instead of Chipotle for once and give it a chance! I'll admit up front that I haven't sampled many of the items on the menu. I always stick with what I like - a chicken burrito with white rice, black beans, guac, lettuce and corn pico. It's my favorite burrito chain around, hand's down. The staff has turned over a bit over the last few months but they're efficient and very friendly. They care. Just ordered from them on ubereats and my driver didn't deliver all of the food, and when I called to let them know, one of the employees actually ran the missing food over to my house. I like Qdoba from eating it back home in Indy. There aren't any close to me so I have to get while I'm on this side of town. Pretty basic Mexican eats here. The quest is the best thing in the menu to me. If it were closer, I'd go get queso and chips all the time. You can tell the business and staff are pretty new. A lot of times when I order, I have to clarify what I want several times. Queso and chips must not be a thing to many others than me. They always try to give me the little cup you put sour cram in. I want the bowl!!! lol Breakfast is good if you happen to have a craving in the morning. They have tacos with flour or corn tortillas. I know they're not good for me, but I love the flour tortillas. They have burritos and bowls as well. I'm a bigger fan of Qdoba than chipotle and I'm glad they're here in Atlanta...now only if we could rally up a couple more locations! read more

I am a salad person, and Qdoba on Windward has very good Mexican salads, for fast food. I am not a person that likes the shell, so I get the salad without the shell. I like the multiple meat variety you can have on the salad. The various salsa types are also good. It would be nice if they had a vinaigrette dressing. The restaurant is always clean, but very busy during lunch time. I prefer going on the weekends and dinner time, as it's not busy then. Join their club. Qdoba is an excellent alternative to Chipotle. I, myself am not a fan of Chipotle so I decided to give this a shot and was surprisingly pleased! You get a lot of food for what you order and the employees and very kind. I have lots of allergies so all I get is a bowl with chicken and rice and they discount it for me so that I don't have to pay for a full burrito bowl. They take a few dollars off, which is not only helpful, but very considerate. Also, ask for a rewards card. I have gone there just a few times and already have a free entree coupon! We came here Late on a Saturday, and I think i had one of the best quesadillas I have ever eaten. I usually go with a taco salad kind of deal. but once i saw the quesadilla I was sold. This Qdoba is located in a very nice strip mall on Windward Pkwy. There are a number of places to choose from in this strip mall. This is actually one of the nicer and larger Qdobas I've been to. There were a ton of places to sit and the place was immaculate. It's always nice to eat in a very clean place. I went with one of their bowls and everything tasted great and fresh. I had a chicken bowl and added some guac to it. I think Qdoba is much better than Moe's but not nearly as good as Chipotle. The only knock I have against Qdoba's bowl is that it isn't very big. It's an OK size for lunch but I could have easily eaten two of them. I also wish their hot spicy had more of a kick to it. I don't really have anything too negative to say about this place and I wouldn't be opposed to coming here for lunch again in the future. read more

I especially like this location beacuse the staff is fast, efficient, and friendly. What more could you want from a FAST food mexican joint? The food is wonderful and on par with my other favorite Chipotle. I'm not sure they use as high quality of a product as Chipotle but it's cheaper and just as delicious. Stopped by for lunch after a quick work out at the LA Fitness behind it. My only other Qdoba experience was in an Airport - so I don't count that. Menu looked pretty straight forward. Ingredients looked fresh. Decided to get a Red Chili smothered burrito. Was surprised that other than the meet and sauce, the toppings came on the outside? The food itself was tasty but I do agree with another review that said they wished there was a little more food. I have been a Qdoba fan for over 8 years. I stumbled upon one location in Winston-Salem, NC and from then on I have seriously probably been their number one individual customer. When I moved to Alpharetta I used to eat at the Qdoba by John's Creek Hospital but when this Windward location opened it turned in to my daily lunch spot. Kids eat free at night so I bring my family back at least twice a week for dinner. This place is incredibly clean and well run. The flavor is so much better than Chipotle in my opinion and unquestionably better than Moe's. I can't recommend Qdoba enough. I've become friends with the manager/owner and they genuinely care about their customers and making sure things are run perfectly. read more
