They sent a text half an hour before my appointment delaying it for a half hour, completely disrupting my day's schedule. They rushed through my microdermabrasion and even burned my skin near my mouth and my forehead and refused to give me a refund. I was very unhappy with my treatment and felt that they behaved very unprofessionally, and would not recommend them to anyone.
