I tried calling multiple times while I was there but couldn't reach anyone. The next day, I was charged a $25 no-show fee. When I reached out to dispute the charge, the representative was incredibly rude and dismissive. She claimed the suite number was provided and insisted I should've been able to find it--even after I sent a screenshot showing it wasn't included. The lack of accountability and professionalism was shocking. I've reported them to the Better Business Bureau and the FDA, as I'm not confident they're licensed to perform the services they offer.
