The facility is clean and aesthetically pleasing. If you have an appointment they ask you to wash your face in a separate room. So bring a hair tie! I was also given additional consult free of charge along with facial mask to take care of my post routine. They definitely do not try to upsell anything to you. It was even sparkling clean from top to bottom. Gigi, the owner, immediately made me feel at ease. She strikes the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness, guiding me through my consultation with genuine care and expertise. She listened to my aesthetic goals and offered thoughtful, professional recommendations, making me feel like we were collaborating rather than someone just telling me what I need and me having to guess or question whether it's gonna be what I want or not.
