Let me start by saying I've been doing some searching around cause I'm a mid 40 y/o guy with a very busy life style. As I was starting to see some few changes on my faces ( as every person after a certain age), I was looking for someone who could make me look refreshed, a better version of myself. Wasn't looking for someone to try to make me look 20 sort to speak. Someone at work recommended me to go and see challah. A very knowledgeable esthetician with many years of practice. She was exactly what I was looking for. She listened to me, told her what I was looking for and my worries (not looking natural). what could she do to make me feel better cause at the end, it's all abouk t the way we fill that reflects on the physics. She was very honest on what she could do and what was the most important for me is that at any point she tried to do/sale me things I wasn't comfortable with. When we were done, she pass me the mirror and WOWW.. I saw exactly what I wanted to see, refreshed, awake, a bit red but normal stuff. She was carful and at any point felt discomfort or pain. SHE REALLY KNOW HER STUFFS!. She was so nice that as I was leaving, she offered me a sample of her vitamin C.... GOD! THAT THE HOLLY GRAIL! She manufacture it herself (her own potion) and it's a game changer. I got my mom and my sister into this miracle stuff. It bright up your face, makes it look more fresh. Adding it in my morning routine makes a huge difference on your skin.Gabby, The front desk girl was very nice as well. Very helpful. I purchased and gifted a Groupon for a TCA peel for my husband as a Christmas gift. Prior to my purchase, I called the provider 2 times on different occasions to ensure the Groupon I was purchasing is valid for the treatment he was interested in. I was assured that his provider was going to do a full consultation prior to coming up with the best approach for his skin, but the Groupon would be valid for the specific service/technique for which he was interested if they found that treatment to be suitable. He later texted me during his appointment that he was told the Groupon's value "wouldn't cover much" and then was given the option to pay an additional fee on the spot (on top of the Groupon) for better treatment. I am unsure what the disconnect here was, but I'm pretty sure any Groupon is worth the full value treatment/experience, not the price you paid for the Groupon itself. This was pretty disappointing to gift my husband a treatment while under the impression he would receive a full service to later find out that they "couldn't do much" based on the Groupon promo alone. The providers were helpful, kind and knowledgeable, but we were left feeling disappointed when expectations did not jive with reality. read more

I purchased a Groupon for 2 sessions of IPL photo facials. Prior to arranging this appointment, I called and was told there was nobody at the business despite the fact that their office hrs are M-F 10am-6pm and I called after 10 that day, and I was told to call after noon when someone was there. When I arrived to my scheduled appointment on Thurs., Nov. 18, 2021, they had me fill out and sign forms. I went in their room, and a woman in her 30s or so with black curly hair came in and told me she was a nurse. She didn't apply anything on my face and began zapping my face with the laser machine. She zapped my face harshly several times on the right side, same spot despite the fact I told her it hurt. She was done in a matter of no more than 5 minutes. She didn't apply anything to my face before or after the procedure. She was very pushy on promoting other treatments to me, such as, thread lifting which I completely do not need. Soon after that, my face was purple, which I knew could be normal, but then it was apparent she had burned my skin deeply. I called them, and someone by the name of Shahla answered, I explained what had been done to my face and how that lady who called herself a nurse burned my skin with the laser. She told me to send her pictures of my face to her cell phone. She proceeded to tell me that she could fix it in 1 to 2 weeks with a procedure called PRP. After my first experience there I will never go back because the trust has been lost. I don't know if they are fully credentialed or licensed. I should have done my research. I should have done my research first...When I got there the business was completely empty and the staff was not welcoming. I am submitting pics of a before and after of my face. I am attaching pictures. As you can see, this is not normal. And when Shahla saw these pictures she new it was not normal otherwise she would not have said via text, "I can fix it." read more

I really like coming here! I get my eyebrows done every other Wednesday's at this location. Parisa does an excellent job! She also does permanent makeup, which I'm sure she's great at, but I nervous to try. The receptionist at the front desk is polite, and before Covid-19, they used to sit out fresh fruit for their guest in the waiting room. I purchased a Groupon for two IPL treatments for a scar I've wanted lightened . As soon as I walked in the two women in the front seemed concerned . Then one of them took me to the back and I explained what I wanted , and she said she was relieved because she wouldn't want to do the IPL on my face due to my skin color I'm brown skin , but she said she could definitely lighten my scar. So she did the IPL . i never returned for my second treatment . After that first treatment my scar got 10x darker & it never improved . I went somewhere else and thankfully they were able to reverse the damage she had done to my skin. The tech who I saw later said that the frequency used was too high for my skin color . I wish the woman would've been 100% honest about not being able to treat me at all . But she obviously wanted money more then actually help me with what J was there for. I specifically asked if she felt like she would improve it considering what she was saying about my skin tone, and she said yes that the skin was different on the face . Regardless I would not recommend this place. She literally made it worse and burned my skin severely . read more
