Now, even with repairs at certain stations it's like every 3 minutes there is another train coming after the first one left. The trains are new. Found them to be clean compared to some of the other lines. What I love about the 7 train "International Express Train" for its diverse neighborhood at every station that you get off. It's like an adventure and you are venturing to another country, smell the fragrance and aromas of the food being cooked. Every country that is represented and you find enclave of eateries and shops. It's like a mini United Nations on the 7 Train. -The MTA 7 Train will take you to Citi Field for Mets Game. Get off at Willets Point Station. Also Flushing Meadow Park, and US open as well as other events. -Get off at Main Street- Last stop towards Flushing. Chinatown- Lots of food shopping and dining experience. Don't forget the Sky View Mall-You will see segment of the mall as train heads underground toward Main Street. Just a few descriptions of the stations on the 7 train to whet your appetite. Don't really understand why we even need that many entrances in just about two streets apart. The subway stations in the city don't even have as many entrances as the Main Street one. You'll see MTA workers cleaning and sweeping on different sides of the platforms. The tracks are sometimes clean and sometimes dirty filled with garbage. Don't like seeing those rats running across the tracks waving at me. The train carts are pretty clean most of the time. Except when sometimes you'll see homeless people sleeping on the seats. The 7 train is somewhat reliable on the weekdays. But, don't expect the same kind of service during the weekends. I pray in my mind that there's nothing wrong with MTA every single day. If it ever has issues like debris on train tracks or delayed service, it might take you up to 1.5 hours or the chance of screwing up your day/plans/schedule. So, may the odds be ever in your favor!

Usually clean and not too much trash to be found. Not a problem to find a seat either for me anyway. Some have the USB-C outlets to charge your phones. Cons: Takes every 15-20 min to arrive when waiting at the bus stop. So, it eventually evens out in the end. Luckily, there're usually not too many people onboard...at least from the times that I do have to hop on a Q44. Tends to come on time most of the time except for expected delays on the weekends of course. At the end of the day, that's the Q44 for you.

Unfortunately, the express Q25 had gotten discontinued at exactly one year ago in June 2025 due to budget cuts + low ridership + the new bus network redesign. Q25 is often packed to the brim when I am getting on the bus at my stop. Sometimes, it will get very crowded that I would have to wait for the next bus in another 15 mins or so. Inconvenient wise? Yes, of course!!! Maybe even a longer extended period of waiting time just on the weekends due to whatever unforeseen circumstances and inconveniences. Some examples are due to rerouting, traffic jam, street construction, road closures/repairs or simply the reduced number of buses (less bus service). Can't deny that the Q25 is most likely not gonna be on time during the weekends. Sometimes, two buses might even arrive one after the other at the same time. Most MTA buses are behind schedule for the most part. If your bus ever arrives on time or comes in less than 5 mins, definitely consider yourself as one of the luckier people!

He then put out a call to the QM2's and the gentleman driving my QM2 immediately found my phone and called it in. They arranged for me to pick up my phone at a stop on the way back to the city so no time was lost. Flushing LIRR station gets the job done as a means of conveyance boarding and exiting the train. No elevator access or ramp for the physically challenged for this elevated platform. Ticket booth is a microscopic tiny room and is closed at select times including holidays. Two self-serve ticket machines are available outside by the Port Washington bound stairs. One overhead enclosed waiting area for inclement weather is available on both West bound and East bound platforms. On the West bound platform (trains to New York) passengers can see a slew of sneakers dangling on power lines.

Leaving a Yelp review for public bus service is pretty silly, but sure, let's yell into the void…read more On top of the many downsides to public surface transit in absolute terms, service on the Q13 line is utterly deplorable relatively speaking, and not only in the sense that bus riders are second-class citizens compared to subway straphangers. We miserable Q13 riders who wait at the start of the line on 39th Avenue in Flushing get to watch an endless procession of Q28s with a sprinkling of Q16s and Not in Service buses pass by before a stray Q13 limps to the starting line. There are as many *Q48s* as there are Q13s, and 39th Avenue isn't even part of the Q48's route. Very mild hyperbole aside, the live service status on the MTA app proves that, on average, during rush hours, Q28s outnumber Q13s 2:1, with the former scheduled every five minutes compared to nine minutes for the Q13. It is not uncommon to watch five or six Q28s pass by while I stand in the bitter cold or soaking rain waiting for the Q13. It is madness that I can measure the wait time for my bus by the number of buses that pass by on another line. Execrable. LOL at the other reviewer who left a five-star review as a new rider but corrected it to one star a mere four months later, after reality set in. Sucks to be us, doesn't it?

The trip there was fine, but when we were getting ready to head BACK to the city, the driver announced that there was a MANDATORY $3 tip per person. He walked through the aisle to collect it from everybody on the spot. He was argumentative and rude toward passengers who refused to pay the tip. A very uncomfortable situation--felt like a robbery. Tips are a gesture of appreciation; I have never seen any service provider be aggressive like that. The bus company should tell people in advance about extra fees. I don't like confrontation/tension, and didn't feel comfortable watching the driver argue with people. Would NOT recommend.

The driver didn't speak English, except for when he demanded $5 tips from everyone before driving us home and then screamed profanities at us when we left. His driving was atrocious and the car disgusting so we didn't tip him at the end and he flipped out. I think the company may not be paying their drivers, which would explain why he was so aggressively demanding tips from everyone.
