It was kind of hard to locate this place because there was no signage to point us in the right direction. But we soon found it (after driving around like idiots for 15 mins). This business isn't located in a stand alone store, but in a building that is shared with other businesses. As we walked in, Kelly greeted us immediately. She handed each one of us a questionnaire to fill out before we started. After she looked over the questionnaire, she individually gave us recommendations of ways to help problem areas and try to find out where she should concentrate more during the actual massage. At some point she left to get a hot towel and left the door open until she came back. Then she left the door open again when my massage was done... just left it open for me to get up and get dressed... I wrapped the blanket around me and got up to close it myself before getting dressed. I think the lady did a good job on the massage but didn't feel this place was professional at all.
