I paid and had to go back in to get my sharp edges filed down. First time there. Not sure if this was an off day... but we won't be back. My mom was to get a pedicure but that would have been another long wait. Crazy work.

This place is so trashy, low standards, I think the owners even live here on this property, it's pathetic. When I came to visit my family, I thought it was time for me to get my nails done and since we wanted to get them done together, we stopped here. As we walked in, I was given a 'sigh' from one of the people that works here. Obviously they didn't want any customers. Right off they were so rude and not polite at all, they were talking amongst their own kind, didn't even acknowledge me. Until they judging me about my appearance, I had enough. I never liked these foreigners walking and lurking around this country, I even notice their license had expired 5 months prior. It's sad this man (Ben) obviously is here to take advantage. I didn't like how he asked about my personal work life, because as soon as he rung me up, it was double then the asking price. Maybe I shouldn't have told him I had two jobs. You will never find me anywhere near this horrible place, so inconsiderate. read more

The service is wonderful at Q-Nails, they are all very nice people and can do everything. Ben is the guy that does the nails and he is a very nice and funny person. His wife is also very nice she does nail designs and waxing, she's very good at what she does.
