The staff are super friendly and when I called they warned me about how my walk in may not work out later in the day because of how busy it could get. I made an appointment, arrived on time and my technician was ready and waiting for me to start my service. Everyone was friendly and the technician made sure to explain about aftercare. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. And their prices definitely are awesome. Possibly the cheapest in town, or at least I haven't seen anything cheaper! Danielle was kind, professional,and took the time to determine my hair type, what I was looking for in a new cut and styling preferences. Despite my rather vague description she got me exactly what I wanted, with a fantastic shampoo and styling to boot. The salon itself was welcoming, with styling products available without the typical used-car salesman tactics I've seen in past salons. Do you ever go to do something and get a really bad feeling? That's what happened today…read more First I get a message from the original girl I booked with that, "Something came up," but she was putting me with someone else and she was great. Well I then get there and walk in and no one is there to greet me, red flag #1. Then the esthetician finally gets me set up and the whole time she's just saying this isn't her normal set up, I'm going to be the last one here, and during my brow lamination she's thumbing through a book on how to do brow laminations. I wanted to cry. I will be the first to admit my eyebrows are lacking but I was so sad with how they turned out compared to great work I've seen online. Anyway, I immediately went home brushed them down. But what a waste of $100 and my eyebrow health. I knew I should've canceled. EDIT: After this service I got in contact with the owner who offered to allow the money I spent go to another service vs refunding my money (which she did mention they don't normally do but would this time) and she also provided me with a sample of cream to put on my eyebrows because not only did I not get the results I wanted I also apparently had a reaction to the chemicals used.
