Was told to wait 10 minutes , waited 30 got regular squared pink powdered nails I was charged 50$ plus left a 9$ tip ended up paying $60.25 no way to see what I was charged i guess screen dont show amount! I came in for a color change on my toes. It's not the most expensive item on the menu but I still would expect the same courtesy as other clients. I typically get two coats of polish plus a top coat when I get the color change at this location. However, when two customers came in for pedicures my technician rushed the service and gave me one coat of polish. When I pointed out that my toe nail was cut crooked, she then filed away the top of the paint on that nail and then said I was finished. I then pointed out the beat up polish on two toes and she just paints over then looking clumpy and tried to send me off. I then asked if I could at least get a top coat put back on the toes and she just quickly did a horrible service. I'll never return. read more

These are my toenails after getting a pedicure here. I had gel polish on before and instead of using acetone for removal, they initially just started to pull the polish off. And then after I questioned that method, they used their electric grinder to remove the polish. It's so easy to take off with acetone and it doesn't damage nails like this. read more

I had tried to stop here a couple of times, but it was so busy I wasn't willing to wait an hour. I finally had a chance and it wasn't busy. Why do people even come. My pedicure was terrible. I had to ask for an additional coat since they obviously thinned out the polish and it looked see through after two coats of gel. I got the number 3 because it had hot stone massage, which ended up lasting 4-ish minutes. She pealed off my old gel, didn't remove the cuticles, the ends of my nails are jagged, and the calluses were barely pumiced. Just not worth the $70 at all. I can't imagine what the other places in town are like if this is the one with the higher stars. Next time, I'll just go to Sulphur Springs or Tyler. read more

I decided to just get a simple manicure and get polish put on for myself cause I had been growing my nails out. Just wanted a simple classic french manicure. Well it was a train wreck. Didn't have the classic French manicure color for one, so that sucked because my nails are basically white polish with a whiter tip for the top. Ridiculous. I asked them not to file them because they were the length I wanted them at. He didn't listen to me at all! Filed them down and they look terrible. Paint job was absolute crap. Literally my 7 year old does a better job. They didn't even clean up the nail polish they got on my skin. Just completely disappointed. Will not be going back. read more

1 star because of the one male worker that I've had an awful experience with every time I've come. I refuse to come back and deal with his AWFUL attitude. I'm not at all a picky person or someone to even leave a bad review after just 1 bad experience.. But this has happened more than once & is worth mentioning. He hardly asks any questions about what it is you're wanting and gets mad when you correct him about something. Terrible customer service!! I've never had an issue with any of the women, but this is intolerable. Will not be coming back. read more

I haven't been since the owners took over! And they have done a fantastic job. Today I got a deluxe pedicure that included the steamed towels, hot wax, and massage and it was great for only 35.00 versus the 55 the old place charged. I also had a new set of shellac nails put on and they did exactly what I asked for. She took her time and really took pride in her work. They offered my beverages, they were polite. I'm glad I decided to try them out. This will be my new nail spot. read more

I had the worst experience here! I wanted to get my nails and my eyebrows done. They told me that they could do the design I wanted and then ended up not being able to do it. The shape wasn't even the shape I wanted and the nail was so chunky. And they made my eyebrows so thin I didn't even want to leave my house! A friend and I from out of town stopped in for a mani-pedi and were greeted very politely by a sweet girl named Myley. She said she could accommodate us right away and we started with our pedicures, which were amazing and she and the staff took their time and gave us a "menu" of multiple choices. She made sure she kept my friend and I seated next to each other the entire time so we could visit. They offered us something to drink. After the pedicure (and they accommodated us with gel polish without any problem) we moved to the manicure table and got our "dip" manicures and we both were completely satisfied and happy with the results. Our nails looked great. Both my friend and I would highly recommend this salon. We had a great experience. We failed to get the young gentleman's name who my friend had, but he was pleasant and did just as good a job as Myley. So thank-you to both techs for a job well done. One word sums up my experience - disappointed! I would rather have the flu for months than go back to this salon! The staff was very rude and made jokes about me and other customers while still in the salon. I am appalled that such behavior is tolerated when there are nail salons on every corner operated by kind individuals who take pride in their work and care about the customers! PLEASE ... Don't waste your time going to this nail salon and supporting rude service and callous attitudes. Keep your dignity and go anywhere else please!!! You deserve better! read more
