I contacted Alex at AM1 electrical to look at a breaker in my panel that kept tripping. He came…read moreout with his helper and troubleshot it in about 30 mins. Said they found a plug with a loose wire that was grounding out. I paid him and they left. About and hour or so after they left the breaker tripped again. I contacted him and we made an appt for him to come back out and fix it for good. He never showed and did not even contact me to let me know he wasn't going to be able to make it. We tried 3 more times and it was the same each time. He is unreliable and does not stand behind his work. He also seems to not know what he is doing. I would find someone else and save yourself the trouble.

Well they can't. I wasn't to upset when the electrician showed up over an hour late. But give your customer a phone call. Specially since they knew I had to go to work. And had to leave a total stranger alone in my house. Because I needed this job done. He installed the dryer connection in my garage but was not able to build an outlet for the dryer vent because he was missing the right tools. I have been told he would be back next week. I'm still OK with that at this point. Coming home that day I'm inspecting the job and find out that the young man broke my brand new out of the box dryer vent. I inform Bang Electric about that. And get a respond that they will replace the vent. I'm waiting over two weeks for them to get back in touch with me for the final appointment to finish the job. Finally I have enough and tell them I would find someone else. But still would need a replacement or reimbursement for the broken part. They tell me someone will drop that part off at my house next week. Again two weeks go by and nothing. I contact them again suggesting that maybe a reimbursement via a check in the mail is less complicated. She agrees and tells me the check will be mailed out. I'm waiting again. After a few weeks I ask her and she said she forgot but the check will go out. So I'm waiting again. And again after a few weeks I get in touch with her and she tells me the check went out yesterday..... I'm still very patient and friendly at this point. Thinking they might be just really busy. But she said she mailed it out. I'm waiting again.... nothing!!!!! This all goes on for a period of over three months. We are talking about a 30$ reimbursement from a 500$ job. They where really quick taking my money. My card got charged before the electrician even showed up. So I'm asking her again what's going on. She tells me they would prepay the vent and I can pick it up at Home Depot. I told her Home Depot is inconvenient for me how about Loews.... never got an answer. From now on I'm just getting ignored. And why does a paying customer have to go out of there way and spend their time to replace what they broke????!!!!!???? At this point I'm thinking I'm dealing with a bad employee and thought maybe I should contact the owner. Just to find out I was dealing with the owner Angelique herself..... This woman has some of the poorest customer care and business skills. Not only that she lied to me. She also ignored me after that. Think twice before you want to give them your business and money.....

He proceeded to be on his cell phone for the duration of his stay. I spoke to one of his former employees and turns out he doesnt even pay them on time. 2-3 weeks go buy and they havent gotten paid, but they claim that him and his wife get brand new vehicles go out to eat to expensive restaurants so unprofessional and unfair for his employees after i paid for the material and gave them a good $1000 for their services on the spot. As well the smell of weed is so unpleasant when he says i need to go to my trailer he really means let me go get high. Buddy i have freaking kids they passed through there and them telling me youre smoking. I dont know how you had a business for so long and not even paying your own employees. One day he even brought his wife she wasnt even of age she said she was barely 19-20 y/o and she wasnt even old enough to drink and he was buying her alcohol.
