Their tech came out on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem with our well pump electrical wiring. We are very happy with their service.

If I could leave no star review for this business I would be more than happy…read more First of all they fired their whole staff about six months ago. Thinking they can do it themselves. Well they can't. I wasn't to upset when the electrician showed up over an hour late. But give your customer a phone call. Specially since they knew I had to go to work. And had to leave a total stranger alone in my house. Because I needed this job done. He installed the dryer connection in my garage but was not able to build an outlet for the dryer vent because he was missing the right tools. I have been told he would be back next week. I'm still OK with that at this point. Coming home that day I'm inspecting the job and find out that the young man broke my brand new out of the box dryer vent. I inform Bang Electric about that. And get a respond that they will replace the vent. I'm waiting over two weeks for them to get back in touch with me for the final appointment to finish the job. Finally I have enough and tell them I would find someone else. But still would need a replacement or reimbursement for the broken part. They tell me someone will drop that part off at my house next week. Again two weeks go by and nothing. I contact them again suggesting that maybe a reimbursement via a check in the mail is less complicated. She agrees and tells me the check will be mailed out. I'm waiting again. After a few weeks I ask her and she said she forgot but the check will go out. So I'm waiting again. And again after a few weeks I get in touch with her and she tells me the check went out yesterday..... I'm still very patient and friendly at this point. Thinking they might be just really busy. But she said she mailed it out. I'm waiting again.... nothing!!!!! This all goes on for a period of over three months. We are talking about a 30$ reimbursement from a 500$ job. They where really quick taking my money. My card got charged before the electrician even showed up. So I'm asking her again what's going on. She tells me they would prepay the vent and I can pick it up at Home Depot. I told her Home Depot is inconvenient for me how about Loews.... never got an answer. From now on I'm just getting ignored. And why does a paying customer have to go out of there way and spend their time to replace what they broke????!!!!!???? At this point I'm thinking I'm dealing with a bad employee and thought maybe I should contact the owner. Just to find out I was dealing with the owner Angelique herself..... This woman has some of the poorest customer care and business skills. Not only that she lied to me. She also ignored me after that. Think twice before you want to give them your business and money.....

This company was dispatched to repair a pool heater. They know nothing about pools and I actually had to show the Technician how to open up the heater's front panel. He proceeded to be on his cell phone for the duration of his stay. When I asked why he was on the phone, he said he had actually never worked on a pool heater and was getting step by step instructions.

TEN YEARS OF MEMBERSHIP -- & THIS IS "PREMIUM SERVICE"?…read more We have been Jon Wayne customers for approximately ten years, paying monthly for two of their service programs. After this latest experience, I am left wondering exactly what all those years of membership bought us besides higher prices & worse service. During one of the hottest weeks of the year, our air conditioner lost refrigerant. Jon Wayne came out, did not repair the leak, told us they added approximately five pounds of refrigerant, & charged us more than $1,000. We are monthly service-plan members. Apparently that's the benefit. Jon Wayne advertises its service club as providing discounted repair pricing, preferred-member pricing & priority service. After paying into their programs month after month, year after year, I certainly didn't feel like a preferred customer when I was handed a four-figure bill for refrigerant without the underlying leak being repaired. Here's a more accurate definition of their "premium service": Service you won't like -- at a price you'll definitely find premium. While they were at our house, they also quoted us a replacement system. We ultimately had a better system installed by another reputable company for approximately $11,000 LESS than Jon Wayne's quote for the inferior system they proposed. Let me say that again: A better system. Approximately $11,000 less. Did I mention we're longtime monthly service members on two of their programs? I remember Jon Wayne being a much better company years ago. Whatever has changed internally, the Jon Wayne we dealt with on this call bears little resemblance to the company that earned our business in the first place. They certainly know how to advertise. Their trucks are everywhere. Their commercials are everywhere. Their branding is polished to a mirror shine. Unfortunately, in my experience, the service isn't. At this point, I feel like I've been helping pay for the advertising machine rather than receiving any meaningful benefit from a decade of customer loyalty. Jon Wayne calls its membership the 5-Star Service Club. After this experience, I'd have trouble finding the first star. More than $1,000 for refrigerant without fixing the leak, followed by a replacement quote approximately $11,000 higher than what we paid elsewhere for a better system, was enough for us. Ten years of loyalty. Two monthly memberships. Lesson learned. In my opinion, the prices have become exorbitant, the value of the membership has become nearly meaningless, & this latest experience was a complete ripoff. We won't be back.
