Daniel came out to inspect and could not locate the leak, but could hear it. Suggesting a little bit of time for the leak to come to the surface, it finally showed itself on our lawn. Dillon came out and located the leak, repaired, tested and advised the system is now closed and no leaks evident. Daniel and Dillon are very conscientious and thorough in their work. They are great to work with and I trust them to complete the job and at a fair price. Chris tightened the top of the toilet, even though it moves a little. Today A&A did the annual inspection and Chris had his apprentice flush the water heater tank, which A&A installed years ago so well. We had Jon Wayne out 3 different times because the system wasn't initializing. The a/c would run…read morefine and then would shut off for hours. They installed the system originally 3 years ago, and had serviced it since. The most recent Jon Wayne tech had to call his tech support for answers and then wanted to "try" replacing the blower motor control module for $1,000. If that didn't work they were going to "try" replacing the blower motor. We had a lady tech out from another a/c company who knew exactly how to test our system without having to call anyone. She determined it was the "smart" thermostat and replaced it. From what we learned from this experience, the thermostat should be tested first with a problem like ours. We also learned that Jon Wayne techs make commission off labor and parts. Though they did an excellent job installing the system, I would not recommend them for fixing issues.

I called Connally Plumbing and within an hour their plumber, Brandon, arrived. My neighbor and I were both there as he figured out the problem and fixed it. It was no easy repair. He had to dig out part of the yard to find the leak. Like I said, this was not an easy job and Brandon did it like it was nothing. The final result was just tremendous. The leak was actually a part of my neighbors plumbing. I paid for the call and my neighbor paid the balance. I have used Connally Plumbing several previous times. They charged us $150. My husband was able to remove nuts after they left without diagnosing anything. The next day all bathrooms overflowed. We called roto rooter. They diagnosed and unclogged the system. The smart toilet needed resetting. Called Connally to reset toilet. This time they sent knowledgeable person who had tools. They did charge an additional $300.
