    Wow is all I can say, $1,809.00 to hookup and charge a AC split system and I had all the equipment…read moremounted, power ran, etc... even was going to use my R410 freon. Amazon sells the kit to install the unit for 110.00, includes 16' of copper lines pre-cut ends, drain tubing, and remote wire. System was pre filled with oil. All that had to be done was hook up the lines (not even sweater or soldered) screw on, pull a vacuum, and put in 4-5 pounds freon that I already had, 2 hours tops. Total cost to have another company install was less than $500.00, far cry from the $1,809.00 quoted. I get it he needs to make money but not a killing. I would definitely call around as this guy is crazy wanting these prices. He still refuses to itemize what he was going to charge for parts and labor. A 30 Pound cylinder of Freon is only $480.00 and it used maybe 5 pounds max. Copper line and fittings 120.00 max. Even a mileage charge from Floresville to Kenedy is only a 27 mile drive. Guess his rate is $700.00 per hour????? Think the oil wells I have may have been a factor in this estimate, don't know but an over charge of $1,409.00 for a simple hookup and charge? You be the judge folks. He may want to rethink that so called flat rate charge. RESPONSE TO FEEDBACK -------------------------------- Experience, quality of work, etc...???? You're just upset you got caught trying to stick it to someone, at no time previous did this man EVER mention flat rate as I have all the text messages. A kit from Amazon is no different than the same kit you was going to order. Even if it was a flat rate, there is zero way to justify $1,809.00 for something that only had 200.00 in parts, little to no labor, tighten 4 lines, vacuum, add Freon, 2 hours tops. Break down the cost here for all to see if you don't have anything to hide??? My Freon, unit was already setup, all you had to do was bring the Amazon kit that had the replacement lines and hook-up, vacuum, charge, one of the 2 hours would had been sitting around waiting for the vacuum pump to pull the line down. There is no way to justify this rate sir, admit it you finally got caught trying to make a killing sticking it to someone and not just trying to make a living honestly. Folks I am telling you to look around and don't trust the quotes from this company. In the end it is your money, does not cost much of anything to call around. I did and saved me $1,400.00, how much is your time worth???

We chose to go with will fix it for a few reasons, including the finance options that were available. Once we decided to go with them, they installed the next day. Daniel and Angel did a great job on the install and we are enjoying our new AC and not worried about our old system conking out in the middle of Summer.

A week has passed and no one has called me, On 6/15/26, I get a message from this company telling me to send them a message! Come on man, you have my info and this company still won't call me to talk about their fake promises and unethical practices when it comes to taking care of customers. Straight garbage! I called at 4:30pm for emergency service to fix my toilet after the flush valve and flapper went bad. I was given an appointment window of 6:00pm - 10:00pm. After my appointment was confirmed, I received an email and a text telling me my appointment details. I waited until 9:30pm to call customer service since no one had come yet. I was told that the dispatcher sent me a text at 6:20pm stating that they had no available technicians. I never received a text from them stating that no techs were available. This company should have called and told me over the phone vice trying to text me. I spent my entire evening waiting on a technician that was never going to show, I could have called another company during this time. This company advertises 24/7 emergency service repair day or night which is a complete lie. I told the dispatcher to cancel my request and I would take my business elsewhere. I requested to have a supervisor call me but was told it would be up to 72 hours to hear back from this business. I will never use this business or give them my money due to running on fictitious promises.

Thank you to the techs Devon and Tyler in repairing a short that occurred in our disconnect box that caused the AC to stop functioning. They were quickly to discover and repair the issue. Noel was able to communicate the findings efficiently (since it was an after hours service call & repair) in which we approved the repair estimate.     When my HVAC unit stopped producing cool air in the hear of Texas heat, I was stressed. I called a…read moredifferent service company to come out and assess. They informed me that there is a trip charge just to get an assessment of the issue. Once they found the issue they gave me up-charged quotes that exceeded 400% for resolution. To get working again I paid for the patch job option which still was a 400% price point from what it truly cost. I was disappointed in the unethical behavior exhibited by that company. My Favorite Service Company was a 180-degree experience. My Favorite Service Company did not charge a trip charge or fee to assess the issue. They even went above and beyond to look up the serials on my unit and found that the part was covered by warranty, which I was unaware of and the previous company did not even look for. The final price to fix was 1/4th the cost of what other company's quoted. They were honest and straight forward and ethical. I will not go through another service company for my HVAC service requirements.
