Almost hate I found this place. Now I am mad it is not closer to Valdosta as I am going to be driving over a lot now. Ok, took a chance and was craving breakfast in Thomasville after going to an early event. Saw this place on Yelp and other sites and saw they served breakfast all day and decided to give it a shot. Wow, got lucky on this one. Had an amazing selection of breakfast items and settled on the omelette with chorizo, side of home fries and a HUGE biscuit. All good and just enough for a grown man. This food is amazing. The people are really nice too. The kitchen is open to the dining area and you can sort of see them making your food. Super cute little place with warm and stylish decor for a southern traditional mom and pop spot. The cooks were fun and super happy at 730 in the morning! The lady that was our server was sweet and the FOOD OMG. So dang good. I got the Not so Little Piggy which was a biscuit and gravy and a fried egg with sausage links. I love Q cafe. Every time I come to thomasville I must have it. The only reason it gets 4 from me and not 5 is because the atmosphere is a little.... awkward. The walls are all white with nothing on them so it feels kind of uncomfortable in there. But the food is delicious and the service is exceptional. I love the skillets. Found this place by accident. So glad we did! Convivial, local and loud. Great breakfast menu (served all day)- I had Nona's plate, or whatever it was called. A huge- hugely delicious bisquit topped with a delectable fried chicken breast, bacon and cheese. My God, I ate it all! My sister was a little disappointed in the French toast- a bit meager. I would suggest Texas toast instead of a the standard sandwich bread they currently utilize...other than that, everything was great. The owner/manager did what all good owners do, did the cooking and then came out of the kitchen to greet his guests and get their feedback. A very nice experience! read more

My friend and I had the most delicious brisket sandwich we've ever eaten! The brisket was tender, barbecue sauce delicious and the roll was perfect. The iced tea was great too and I'm picky about my tea. Our server was attentive and sweet. Would recommend if you are in town. read more

I've been going to the Q Cafe for lunch a while and breakfast more recently, and have really been enjoying their menu. They have amazing omelets, great burgers and sandwiches, tasty sides and the service is always excellent. If you like hot sauce, they have you covered! Not only do they offer a wide variety of store-bought, you can ask for their home-made sauce. If you like it spicy, ask for the "Q" which has a blast of Carolina Reaper, the hottest pepper in the world (and one of the most delicious). read more

This place is fantastic. The food is good, (I probably have tried most of the items on the menu), The service is outstanding as provided by Heather, Coleen, Jennifer, and Deana . I frequent this restaurant two or three times a week and I have not been disappointed at all. I am surprised that the African-American female viewed her experience here, specifically, and downtown, generally, negatively. As an Afro-American male and as a trained and deeply sensitive observer, I would have spotted discrimination immediately. Trust me, it does not exist here. Perhaps you should give this place another opportunity to give you the satisfaction received by countless customers on a daily basis. I am certain that you would not be disappointed. In fact, I recommend that you do so, like most of the customer base from Thomasville and surrounding areas who benefit from this wonderful Southern experience. read more

Went to Thomasville for a day trip and walked the beautiful downtown for a breakfast joint. Jonah's was packed so we elected for this little place and after reading the menu I was sold. We were seated right away at 11am on a Saturday and had literally the best breakfast of our entire lives. Think fried chicken, bacon, sausage gravy, egg, and biscuits. It was heaven. We had to walk like 10 miles to work off the heavy meal, but I would have eaten it over and over. I cannot rave more about this place and the taste of the Southern cooking. read more

Great breakfast! They make their own biscuits and they are delish. Try the chicken Nona sandwich- fried chicken, fried egg, cheese, on a biscuit. You may not be able to eat it, but you won't regret it. I request a side of their poblano pepper sauce, in case I don't reach my caloric allotment without. I absolutely love this place. I just can't figure out which one I like more, the breakfast or lunch menu. Prices are average but portion sizes are huge! Homemade biscuits are to die for. The Q is our favorite place in Thomasville for breakfast or lunch. Every dish is so good, so it's hard to decide. We love Nonnas chicken biscuit for breakfast. The burgers are huge and so flavorful. Several places to choose from in the town. The locals recommended "Q", they said it was the best around. I had the Mahi-Mahi sandwich w/ slaw. It was absolutely amazing. The fish was perfectly seasoned, and the the slaw was so fresh, light, and had just right amount of dressing on it. It came with a bun, red onion ( only way to do a sammy ), lettuce and tomato. I'm from the north, and I wish many of the restaurants would take some advice from this place on how to do it RIGHT!!!!.
