So, it was time to shop around. Enter Buric. Booking appointments was easy, with multiple reminders including a call 15 minutes out. The technician spent over an hour documenting the system and doing maintenance tasks. The documentation took a lot of the time since he took photos of every part so the next visit the state can be compared. When he went to replace my humidifier pad, he even suggested I save money by buying them on my own and just keeping them near by. I ended up paying the premium and he left the box so I could find replacements more easily. It's great to not only switch from private equity to a locally (Columbia based) owned company, but to get better service at a better cost to boot.

I was on my way to work when I saw two of your trucks (love the graphics). I didn't have time to speak with the two technicians, so I noted the phone number to research later. After reading the reviews, I placed an online request for service. I was contacted within the hour (on a Saturday!) by Billy (weekend tech) who told me he could come that day if it was urgent (it wasn't). He forwarded my request to Lindsay, who contacted me the following Monday. She explained pricing options and scheduled service for the following day. The service tech (Bill) was great! He arrived on time, assessed the issue, and completed the repair. He answered all of my questions (even the dumb ones)! I could tell he enjoys the job and takes pride in his work. To say I am impressed with this company is an understatement. From start to finish, this was a stress-free ordeal. I am now a proud member of the Comfort Club and highly recommend Maryland Heating and Air!

Of course I'm not the first owner but back then they didn't do any of the stuff they do now. I called Devere. Once the estimator gave me the price, I was like, "Ok. I'm ready to pay" They then scheduled me three days later. I had the little vents put at the soffits, the exhaust fan tubing replaced with and insulated vent tube or hose, the plywood floor and debris removed, insulation added, gaps sealed, and that slick zippered cover over the attic steps. Let me tell you, there is a huge difference in the amount of Insulation that was in my attic. They took it from about four inches to about 18. The guys they sent were awesome and putting down drop cloths and protection and even wore the boot covers. I'm really, really happy. Huge improvement. And it is one of the least expensive investments you can make.
