My previous dentist was absolutely shocked when I told him that the building next door being the business that I'm writing this zero star review for, who he'd sent my files to, firstly two different staff members said they had no recollection whatsoever of my files being sent to them. The final nail in the coffin was when Kelly who left a message on my voicemail and later Pam a couple of weeks ago turned around and said yes it will be """"""$50""""" to have your records printed up. So suddenly they've now found my records and might I add I paid for my own x-rays to begin with. $50 for what a few pieces of paper to be printed up? Greed will be the downfall of humankind! I wouldn't recommend this dentist to anybody.

He's honest and doesn't do work you don't need. I was there getting my teeth cleaned and the girl did a great job. She did notice something wrong with one of my tooth and showed the dentist. He took an X-ray and explained to me what I should do and offered to do it that day. So I waited and he fixed that tooth. This way I didn't damage it more. The employees here are friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this dental office.

They work out an action plan on how to treat any conditions or resolve any issues with your teeth. A detailed explanation is provided for each patient with or without insurance what your insurance will pay and what the patient may have to pay out-of-pocket expenses. I appreciate that explanation so there are no surprises as to what out-of-pocket expenses need to be paid. This is the place for all your dental needs!

Decent facility with WAY over the top with the facility layout and decorations. It looked like one of the dentists won the lottery and stick a bunch of money into the facility. Scheduled a cleaning and exam for a couple months later. I called 6 weeks in advance of my appointment to reschedule as I have a work conflict. On the phone they tell me that they can squeeze me in for EITHER a cleaning OR an exam, not both on the same day... in December. It is currently March. This is infuriating and at that point they should be wasting less of people's time and simply say they are not accepting new patients. I am going to find a new dentist, they grow on trees around here, and I am going to share my experience with every single person I can.

After many sports…read moreinjuries, a couple of car accidents, & a few years of dental deteriorating medications, my teeth were no longer sustainable. A few decades of untold expense in repairing & maintaining my teeth, it became inevitable that I would need to have a more permanent solution. For me, this included full mouth extractions, dental implants that will eventually support my permanent dentures, & a set of "healing dentures" for the initial approximate six month healing period. Every single staff member I have encountered at this location have been amazing, starting with my very first conversation with Joie, who assisted me with the financial end of things. Joie was incredibly patient with my questions & concerns, & I was able to pay up front for the entire process~ which was around 10k, in total. This included the oral surgeon (Dr. Andreason- gifted beyond words!), anesthia for surgery, my temporary healing dentures (very nice), the titanium implants for my lower arch, my permanent "Comfilytes" dentures, all interim & follow up care appts- including regularly sceduled soft re-lign appts. to ensure my comfort during the healing process- design, fitting, & after care for the Comfilytes, which come w/a 7 yr. 'warranty', & basically any & all other associated care. The front office staff are professional, pleasant & confident~ always more than willing to rearrange scheduling, when possible, & always have a kind word, regardless of how busy they are, or how many less-than-kind people they may have dealt with that day. Please keep in mind the myriad of humans who walk through those doors, including pain levels, dental/financial expectations, & personalities in general~ there's a real variety of us out here, & I'm fairly certain the staff here see a true cross section of people daily! Besides Dr. Andreason, my oral surgeon, I have had Dr. Chan for my care & treatment throughout~ also fantastic, personable & a highly qualified dentist. Love her! Same goes for the dental assistants & technicians, from the gentleman who made my healing dentures~ same day, zero advanced notice, obviously gifted at what he does as well~ to the women who have done my re-ligns & surgery after care. They work very well together, & are consistently checking in w/patients on comfort level, questions/concerns, & any wait times- which are minimal, & well worth it. There is plenty more I could say, but this is getting lengthy, so I will close with a HUGE THANK YOU to Aspen Dental in Prescott Valley AZ~ you have forever changed my perception of "going to the dentist", completely eliminated all dental anxiety~ I now look forward to dental appts, which is amazing!
