I typically go to Bradshaw Family Dental for my implant work, but I've been coming here more and more! On seperate occasions I've been able to come in with an emergency filling, get in quick and get a job done in no time flat. I've been extremely happy with the work as well. I may pivot and move to these guys as my permenant dentist. Aesthetically, their office isn't posh or boushy. It's pretty bland if I'm being honest. But don't be fooled by the unassuming interior or exterior, the Doc here knows what he's doing and his staff supports him in all the right ways! Hours of operation say they're open on Saturdays and they're absolutely not. Not to mention, they leave early on Fridays- if they're there at all. I had a dental emergency occur on a Friday and they were not in office and there was never any call back. Called again on Saturday because their hours of operation stated that they would be open until the early afternoon. Not true. Extremely deceptive and disappointing. read more

DO NOT go here! Dr Anderson has the worst bedside manner of any medical/dental professional I have ever experience!! He made so many errors before almost removing the wrong tooth! I had to remind him which tooth was the issue!! HE IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE DENTIST!!! He couldn't even look me in the eye when I corrected his error!!! I was terrified the entire process and then he popped off a crown near the tooth he was working on!! It was awful experience!!!The staff was so rattled with the way things happened and they totally called him out saying he was incompetent and admitted the errors were his and his alone!!! I filled complain with dental board but I will save you time, skip this place!! This all happened July last year and I am still uncomfortable going to my new dentist!! After having a negative experience from a previous dentist, a friend referred me to PV Dentistry. Dr. Henderson and staff are committed to providing the best experience. Previous dentist was impervious to my complaints of sensitivity to cold with several teeth. I discussed my previous experience and expressed my concerns and Dr. Henderson wasted no time in alleviating the sensitivity issues, at no charge. I believe that Dr. Henderson is a good dentist and Thomas, their dental hygienist, is excellent; but, in my opinion, PV Dentistry's billing process has significant issues. After one year of being their patients, we were pulled aside by office staff after our March 29, 2022 cleaning and told we had an account balance due of over $1,200 in past-year dental claim charges not paid by our United Healthcare dental plan (UHC). Although in 2021, UHC listed Dr. Henderson as an in-network provider at his prior dental practice, apparently he is an out-of-network provider at PV Dentistry, which means we are responsible for the difference between what the provider billed the plan and what the plan paid. During the year, PV Dentistry never sent us any bills - so we had no idea our cleanings and x-rays were not being paid in full by UHC or the amounts due adjusted. PV Dentistry said they had some billing issues with the prior office manager but that the amounts due would have been listed on UHC's Explanation of Benefit statements. I paid the bill and then went home. Waiting for me in the mail was a debt-collection notice, dated March 29, from E-SERVICE, INC. demanding payment on our PV Dentistry account. I contacted PV Dentistry and they said to ignore the collection letter, that they would take care of it. On June 28, I canceled our September follow-up cleaning appointments and told PV Dentistry we were switching to a UHC in-network provider. Two days later, I received a bill in the mail from PV Dentistry showing a balance forward of $137 for March dental claim charges not paid by UHC. If we had not switched providers, they would have waited nearly six months to get paid. read more

Who likes going to the dentist? Not me! I hate having X-Rays taken, I have a gag reflex, and I had a traumatic experience at a dentist in Florida. When I moved here in 2008 my husband going to PV Dentistry and so that's where I made my first appointment in Arizona. What a difference from my last experience. Dr. Bergman is awesome! He is friendly, and funny and good at putting people at ease. He and his staff are professional and knowledgeable. They have lots of tricks for getting my X-Ray's done with ease as well as making injections and other procedures less painful. The staff is very personable, and they know me and my husband by name and recall things we talked about on our last visit. I love going there and I strongly recommend this office to anyone who needs a dentist! read more

From John Geyer posted on my wife's account. I had a broken tooth and another bad one next to it and called around trying to find a Dentist that would be able to pull them ASAP. Due to the emergency PV Dentistry got me in within two hours and they were all fantastic. From reception to the Dental assistant Liz and Thomas who gave me the initial numbing shots. I was really stressed but Thomas was a wizard with the shots and I was amazed how little pain I felt. After x-rays a guy cam in and briefed me on the costs that I thought was very reasonable. Dr. Henderson was very nice and removed the two molars with little discomfort. Dr. Henderson runs his business like a swiss watch and is very nice and respectful to his staff and clients. I am 67 and this is the best Dentist I have ever been to. So glad I found him. They are fantastic. read more

Would not recommend. Unfavorable to patient office policy and procedures. Wanted up-front payment for work to be done. Cathy in office claimed she contacted the Insurance company to come up with the amount. It turned out to be $715.40 too much. When I called myself after the overcharge from the dentist, the insurance company gave me the correct amount right away. There was always an excuse for the extreme overcharges and delays to refund. If I had not kept track of charges and payments the correct amount of money would not have been refunded. Who knows if any money would have been refunded if I had not looked over everything carefully and made the request. read more

I COULD NOT have been happier and more impressed by this business. Roger is one of the best communicator I've met and has incredible customer service skills. He made the whole process so easy and honestly enjoyable (hard to do at a dentist office). Every staff member I encountered made me feel so welcome and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I just moved from Wisconsin and tried numerous dental offices before landing on one I love and it was amazing, but PV Dentistry is next level! Today's visit was unique too because I had to cut my vacation short due to the onset of pain I assumed was coming from my tooth that had a root canal done in the past. This happened before to my other root canal and I was worried about the pain and not being able to get in anywhere until Monday. They were the only place open on Saturday I could find and I called, was greeted by Roger and was assured I could come in that day and they stayed open later than their posted hours and worked me in. They promptly took X-rays, diagnosed the issue, got me my antibiotic prescription and got me an appointment to remove the tooth in 4 days (the soonest the antibiotics could do their job).
