Had my Back wisdom removed. I will only come here because the staff and Dr German ate so professional and kind.

Need a Dentist? Look no further. This place is as good as it gets! Ask for Dr. Thompson. He's as good as it gets for dentistry.

German was nice when I went in with a suspected cavity but he found it to be a receding gumline.

He actually talked us out of treatment at this point, advising us to wait to see how our daughter's mouth developed. I loved how honest he was. We have seen other orthodontists who suggested immediate treatment, but Dr. Sara was patient in explaining his rationale. I didn't feel pressured to make an immediate decision, and he gave us all the information we needed (including walking through the 3D X-rays). The staff was friendly and warm. I don't think anyone looks forward to going to get braces, but this office made the experience informative and pleasant. When the time comes for corrective measures for our kids teeth, this is where we are going.

I haven't seen a doctor since - only technicians have been involved. I was shown a fancy simulation for my Invisalign treatment, but that means nothing to someone with no orthodontic training. I'm unable to tell you what malocclusion I have, how they plan to fix it, or even how long my treatment is supposed to take. It's significantly disappointing to pay a doctor over $6,000 to have Invisalign applied and then be given no information about my actual treatment. If you're considering treatment, find another doctor who cares.

From the moment you walk in, you are treated with genuine kindness and care. The manager and the entire staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and informative-they take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you feel comfortable and confident at every step. My dentist, Dr. Glass is truly exceptional. Every treatment has been pain-free, and I deeply appreciate how attentive and compassionate he is. Throughout the entire procedure, they consistently check to see how I'm feeling, or am I okay. That makes a huge difference and shows how much they truly care about their patient's comfort. I had some questions regarding my insurance, etc... and the office manager, Andrea took the time to sit with me and explain in detail my treatment plan. She was patient with me, and knowledgable about my insurance and care. She went above and beyond. If you're looking for a dental team that is knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely puts patients first, I highly recommend this practice. the

However, due to an implant and crown, the mouth guard no longer fit correctly. "Dr." White took a look and said he could adjust it to fit so we schedulled. And today he tried for 5 minutes, drilled out a few areas, but couldn't make it work. He suggested the best solution would be a new mouth guard. I'm thinking, okay makes sense and was ready to schedule for the new mouth guard. Then... the question at the dental office became "do we just charge him for the office visit or do we add the charge of a mouth guard adjustment?" Yes, the literally considerred whether to charge me for the failed mouth guard adjustment. In the end, they decided to only charge me for an office visit. That didn't happen BTW. NEW PATIENTS PLEASE BE INFORMED... I'm new in Prescott and…read morereceived an advertisement/offer from this dentist in the mail stating, "New Patient Special, $150, Includes Comprehensive Exam, Full-Mouth X-Rays, and Cleaning Regular Price: $330 Expires in 90 days. Call for details." (This offer is also posted on their website) This was not the case. After excruciating, deeper than normal, gum probing and bleeding I was advised I needed an extensive deep cleaning, cost $910.00. Meaning, I needed 1-2 more appointments and the above offer did not include a general cleaning. So, if you have been a regular "dentist goer" ever 6 months, for 20+ years and you go to this dentist, you may be surprised and scared by their practice. He may be a great dentist, his staff may be personable but the approach to solicit new patients, in my opinion, is misleading and dishonest. Just hoping that other potential "new" patients don't feel, as I did, taken advantage of! BTW, a month later, I took a 3 1/2 hr. drive to get my teeth cleaned from my original dentist with all the information from the above dentist, they re-examined my teeth, went over my history and confirmed that what Curtis recommended was not necessary. I hope this helps someone, in some way.

I would never recommend taking your child to this orthodontist. His communication is not thorough…read moreregarding what to expect in regards to your child's care. He passes off most of the work to his staff. My 8 year old received an expander and braces. She complained every day about the expander being very uncomfortable. We told Dr Boothe at her 3 week appointment after having the expander in. He stated this was normal and all kids go through the same thing. We took her to a different orthodontist who removed the expander and commented it was the largest he had ever seen. She had 3 places on the roof of her mouth and around 2 molars that were red and bleeding. The braces had been placed on her 4 front top teeth, 2 of which were very loose so were not holding anything. The new orthodontist has 4 different expanders available that he could have used. Our child's old metal expander is being replaced with a plastic removeable retainer that will now hold her palate in place; this could have been done easily at the 3 week mark when all the turns had been done and the roof of her mouth had expanded to it's current position. Also, a different metal expander could have been used instead of the one choice that is available at Verde Valley Ortho. Dr. Boothe does not have the current tools available to him and is still only using an expander that was designed in the 1950's. Don't let this Dr convince you that there is only one choice for Phase 1 orthodontic work.
