If I could put six stars, I would. I have been a Prescott resident my whole life, and after my long-time dentist (whom I knew from near birth) retired, I went on the search for a new, local dentist who came highly recommended by other residents. Dr. Larson's name came up, and I decided to give him a try. When I called to make an appointment for a teeth cleaning, the staff was more than friendly and helpful. I have little free time during the week in which to schedule appointments, and they worked well to squeeze me in at a time I'm sure was convenient to no one except myself (late in the day). Having had the same dentist my whole life, I was apprehensive of the change, but my immediate impression was that of the exact opposite. The office is located in an area easy to get to and is more than professional. I was treated with utmost respect and the transition process went very smoothly. The amount of wait time was absolutely minimal (less than a few minutes, compared to fifteen to twenty minute waits for my old dentist) and I felt taken care of the whole time. The assistants were sincere, professional, and accommodating, and were very gentle (I've had some bad experiences with teeth cleanings). When I met with Dr. Larson, I was very impressed with his formality, yet ability to make the appointment comforting and friendly. He was attentive and informative, and found a chip that my old dentist had apparently missed. Dr. Larson made me feel like I hadn't made a change at all, and the service I was provided was, as I stated above, six stars, and above and beyond what I had expected. Looking for a long-term local dentist, doctor, or any other medical professional is an often daunting process, as you wish to find a good relationship that you can trust your health and that of your family with. Dr. Larson was exactly what I was looking for and more. He came highly recommended from multiple people: colleagues, friends, family, etc. and matched up to expectations more than I could have hoped. If you're looking for professionalism, helpfulness, and a friendly dentist, I would definitely give Dr. Larson's name. read more

First of all, I do sympathize with Michelle. But, there are always two sides of the story, and quite frankly, that review was so far left from what I have personally experienced that I do find it hard to believe. Truthfully, I'm a little offended myself since I have had nothing but great work done and first class care. Honestly, it does come down to self responsibility as well. If your going to complain about someone make sure your teeth aren't rotting in your mouth. I'd be upset to. I've been treated with nothing less than impeccable service and kindness every time I set foot into Dr. Larson's office. I feel especially taken care of not only by the impressive front desk ladies, but by the Doctor. He really listens and always shows the utmost concern for my well being, not my pocket book. It is confident to say that they are incomparable to other practices. Also, I am VERY impressed with Dr. Larson's ability to put his patients as ease showing his genuine interest in them. When I step into the office, I get an overall great family feel. The front desk ladies are always so kind and their sense of humor is a wonderful and never wavering. Initially, I was petrified to get my teeth worked on,but since Dr. Larson I have had great service and I feel completely comfortable now. One has to only speak once with Dr. Larson to notice his knowledge, expertise and kindness. I am a United States Veteran and I do not have dental benefits from the Veteran's Administration. Dr. Larson's office was one of several that I approached when I had a dental emergency recently. Of the three, this office was the only one to make me feel like I was not being an imposition, or being out of line for asking cost-related questions. The office staff made a very quick assessment of my condition and got me in to see Dr. Seth, who, in my not-so-humble opinion, is one of the most professional gentlemen I have had the pleasure to meet. My financial issues were addressed, and they came up with a package that I could manage, and got my pain under control immediately. I could not express adequately the relief, both from the pain, and from the embarrassment of the situation, that they took off of me. As time moves forward, they are my dentist, even if I do obtain dental benefits from the VA. I have grown to trust these people, and they are now my friends. I feel the need to respond to Michelle's review because my experience with Dr. Seth was completely different than hers. I first met Dr. Seth a little over a year ago. He walked into the room and introduced himself, reviewed my xrays, gave me an oral exam and discussed my proposed trreatment. He was confident and articulate, which really put me at ease. I'm not interested in being treated by a doctor/dentist who sugar coats my situation. I prefer someone who is direct and honest. And yes, he did use an ipad, which was most helpful because I'm a very visual person. He explained that with regular cleanings and good home care I could avoid sitting in his chair. That sounded good to me. I've made "my choice" and that's to continue seeing Dr. Seth and to follow his recommendations. Michelle stated,"my prior dentist never belittled me when I choose to pull some teeth in the back of my head." "My mouth my choice" How's that working for you Michelle? Dr. Seth has been a great dentist for me. Last Saturday morning I had an old crown pop off when I chewed on a gumdrop. I called him and he met me about an hour later - came from one kid's soccer game, fixed my crown, left to attend another kid's soccer game. He cleaned out my old crown, xrayed the tooth in case of damage and glued it back in. No pain and done in 30 minutes. This was the 2nd time I've had a dental emergency where he interrupted his weekend schedule to take care of me. I like Dr. Seth because he allows me to do things my way - I don't like to use novacaine and he doesn't insist that I do like some dentists. This Yelp site is very inconsistent. When I first signed on there were 2 positive entries for this office and one very hysterical complaint. When I looked again there was only the complaint - the positive reviews had disappeared. This is THE place to go for a dentist. The second I walked in I was greeted with friendly hellos and lots of smiles. Dr. Larson and their staff have amazing costumer service. I'm the type of person who would skip going to the dentist for a regular cleaning or checkup, because I felt it wasn't necessary. But, my first consultation with Dr. Larson was an eye opener. He explained to me in simplified terms why taking care of our teeth and bodies regularly will help me have less health problems in the future. I don't think I'll skip my 6 month cleaning again! :) I have now had 2 fillings and a cleaning. I can definitely say I have never felt more comfortable at a dentist. Dr. Seth is the best! My husband was having problems with a tooth. Having just moved into the area, we didn't know anyone, nor did we have an area family dentist or doctor yet. We called around and not one dentist seemed to care that my husband was in pain. They could get him in "in a week or so". That is until we called Dr. Seth. He worked him in right then and there. He was awesome! Since then both of my kids have had teeth cleanings, my son had his wisdom teeth out, I had a crown fixed, and my husband had some other issues taken care of. I really enjoy going to see Dr. Seth. I have had really bad experiences at most of my other dental visits in the past, and was dreading going to another dentist. As my family and I just moved here I called the bbb to get some ideas and they gave me Dr. Larsons office. I walked in and was made to feel right at home, by everyone. I went to Dr Kelly Larson for the first time in early 2014. His office is immaculate, the office staff are very professional and friendly and make you feel like family right from the start. Dr Kelly and his assistants use state of the art equipment and procedures to both diagnosis and treat. They take the time to make sure you fully understand what needs to be done. I've been seeing Dr. Larson for my oral hygiene and dental needs since moving to this area in 2004. I am extremely pleased with him and his staff's service.
