As for the gaming side, it just wasn't great for us. My husband usually has decent luck at places like Emerald Queen and Muckleshoot, but here he didn't win anything on the slot machines. He tried a few pull tabs and walked away with $7 total, which obviously isn't much. I personally wasn't interested in the slots at all. The main reason we came was because I wanted to try bingo for the first time. My only reference point was honestly TV and movies, so keep that in mind. I was pretty surprised by the overall experience. A lot of the people playing bingo were... unfriendly. Some looked like they'd been there all day, and one woman literally glared at me every time I got up to get a drink or use the bathroom, which was uncomfortable -- especially since she was seated right near the drink station on the top floor. What shocked me the most was how quiet it was. Like, library-level quiet. My friends and I felt like we couldn't even talk to each other and ended up texting instead. People were shushing others around us, which made the whole thing feel tense. The bingo session itself was also very long. I did get a lot of reading done on my phone, though -- if I ever came back to play bingo again, I'd definitely bring a book and order food immediately so I had something to snack on. I didn't win anything at bingo. My husband did win, but he had to split it with three other people, so the payout was minimal. The staff at the front counter when you first walk in was super nice, and that stood out. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff just kind of felt like they were there to hang out rather than actively help or engage. Overall, the place has a bit of a weird vibe. It was an interesting experience, but with so many other casinos in the area, this wouldn't be my first choice to return to.

The bar is quaint and drinks are strong, thanks to the awesome bartender there on the weekends. It is quiet enough in there that you can have a conversation if you want, or change it up and go have some fun on the tables! If you aren't into gambling, head into the main stage room for a live cover band and dancing where there is a nice diverse and energetic crowd. Can't beat a dance club with no cover! No dress code here- I've seen sweats to Hustler Hollywood gear so you get in where you fit in. If you are bored with the live entertainment, saunter down to the pool tables in the back and show off your billiard skills! No smoking indoors ether, so you don't leave smelling like smoke which is a plus. They als do reservations for large parties (had a group of 20 once and they hooked me up) and host Mother's Day brunch sometimes. This is a nightlife gem in the South end!

If your kicking around the house doing the "what do you want to do tonight" give this place a try there is a little bit for everyone. Sometimes they pull a younger crowd but it is always a good mix of people of all ages. Only cons I can think of is the parking and access to the parking lot which is a little difficult since they put the dividers on South Tacoma Way.

The slots are the best and there's a good mix of the classics and newer ones. (Love all the Triple Fortune Dragon versions, of course.) Also when my hubby and I need a break from the gaming floor, we have plenty of great dining options to choose from. All are fab - Asian 8 and Smoke & Cedar are our favs - Oh and the Ice Cream and Coffee Shop! The staff and rewards programs for valued and return players are standouts by far. My only complaint...I wish the Ice Cream Shop stays open later!

The said they would call us when it was ready. The concert started at 7pm. Still no rooms at 6:15 so we had to get ready and change clothes on the casino restroom...as were many others. We called a LYFT to take us the 7miles so we wouldn't have to deal with parking. The traffic was sooo bad it took us 2.5HOURS to go 7.5 miles. We missed the Doobies, had no idea how to find our seats, so we stood by the stairs and watched about 10 min of Santana until security said we couldn't stand there. We just said screw it and called a LYFT to go back. Meanwhile ..no call, text or email from Muckleshoot telling us our room was ready. Luckily, it was, but we had to have someone find our luggage from the bell boy storage and the finally got to our room! What chaotic mess! The only plus is the room was very nice but feel like we should have received some kind of comp for dinner or something since we had to dress and get ready in the casino restroom! But then again...most places were closed to order food except one place. Never again!!

We do love pinball, but we might have come along this place randomly. It's been busy the few times we have been, which tend to be weekend afternoons. Lot of machines available, seems like frequent tournaments are going on. According to pinball map they have 24 machines, which is pretty large compared to some places. Not so busy you can't play though, prices are comparable. It doesn't seem too claustrophobic like some places, lots of space to move around. Full bar and friendly service. Places to sit. Definitely check this out if you like pinball. I don't think they have food, but I could be wrong.
