Wow, the hotel staff are very nice, good service, that was not enough. We stayed on the sixth floor and unfortunately could hear all the vehicles driving around at night (very loud). In addition to the outside noise, there was also the noise from the hallway which was rowdy. Now these things can happen, but would really drop them down to a one star was the fact that there was absolutely no parking when we came back to our hotel/the casino at 9 PM. There's no valet and there's no designated hotel parking so we drove around in the parking garage connected to the hotel for two laps in a long line of other people looking for a parking spot and found nothing! in addition to that, the parking garage on the hotel side makes absolutely no sense. It's In-N-Out aisle on the south end of the garage in the north end of the garage comes to complete dead end so as you're sneaking through, you would think it would circle around, but it doesn't. it's a dead end and it is a traffic cluster when you have folks coming to a dead end and then trying to figure out do I reverse or do I try to do some crazy u turn?! So we went over to the casino parking garage, which was bigger and more thought out as it pertains to traffic flow. After about 20 to 25 minutes of looking for a parking spot between the two garages, we eventually parked on the casino side because somebody was thankfully leaving for the night.

As for the gaming side, it just wasn't great for us. My husband usually has decent luck at places like Emerald Queen and Muckleshoot, but here he didn't win anything on the slot machines. He tried a few pull tabs and walked away with $7 total, which obviously isn't much. I personally wasn't interested in the slots at all. The main reason we came was because I wanted to try bingo for the first time. My only reference point was honestly TV and movies, so keep that in mind. I was pretty surprised by the overall experience. A lot of the people playing bingo were... unfriendly. Some looked like they'd been there all day, and one woman literally glared at me every time I got up to get a drink or use the bathroom, which was uncomfortable -- especially since she was seated right near the drink station on the top floor. What shocked me the most was how quiet it was. Like, library-level quiet. My friends and I felt like we couldn't even talk to each other and ended up texting instead. People were shushing others around us, which made the whole thing feel tense. The bingo session itself was also very long. I did get a lot of reading done on my phone, though -- if I ever came back to play bingo again, I'd definitely bring a book and order food immediately so I had something to snack on. I didn't win anything at bingo. My husband did win, but he had to split it with three other people, so the payout was minimal. The staff at the front counter when you first walk in was super nice, and that stood out. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff just kind of felt like they were there to hang out rather than actively help or engage. Overall, the place has a bit of a weird vibe. It was an interesting experience, but with so many other casinos in the area, this wouldn't be my first choice to return to.

The bar is quaint and drinks are strong, thanks to the awesome bartender there on the weekends. It is quiet enough in there that you can have a conversation if you want, or change it up and go have some fun on the tables! If you aren't into gambling, head into the main stage room for a live cover band and dancing where there is a nice diverse and energetic crowd. Can't beat a dance club with no cover! No dress code here- I've seen sweats to Hustler Hollywood gear so you get in where you fit in. If you are bored with the live entertainment, saunter down to the pool tables in the back and show off your billiard skills! No smoking indoors ether, so you don't leave smelling like smoke which is a plus. They als do reservations for large parties (had a group of 20 once and they hooked me up) and host Mother's Day brunch sometimes. This is a nightlife gem in the South end!

If your kicking around the house doing the "what do you want to do tonight" give this place a try there is a little bit for everyone. Sometimes they pull a younger crowd but it is always a good mix of people of all ages. Only cons I can think of is the parking and access to the parking lot which is a little difficult since they put the dividers on South Tacoma Way.

Christmas buffet 12/25/2025…read more Check in was swift and accurate. One of the host who took our payment was cold and did not want to engage. Very robotic not personable and cut me off in mid sentence when asked questions "I just take the payment questions go to the podium". Host who sat us was friendly welcoming and wished us a happy holiday. Waitstaff came quickly to take drink orders very prompt friendly and offered suggestions on the special holiday cocktails. We asked for coffee she pointed to to coffee bar but was happy to bring it to our table. We opt to get it ourselves. Food: bean casserole was okay. The gravy, not sure if that's what you call it, was much like glue little or no flavour. Much like a paste. Mash potatoes excellent. Turkey was dry and some swimming in water did not see any dressing. Ham also the same did have a nice flavour but switching in water. Salmon had an extremely fowl smell. Mentioned to a staff member and they agreed and swiftly removed from the line up Peel and eat shrimp cold and plentiful Deserts bread pudding dry and the sauce was depleted we asked for more it never came. Pumpkin pie had a gelatinous texture and lacked pumpkin flavour. Cream cheese bites had no real flavour except plain cream cheese. Roast beef very dry to well done. I wish they set aside some rare or even medium rare Service again amazing food mediocre but buffet as tough to manage. Seating quick and efficient

The young gentleman that helped me at the rewards desk was super helpful and friendly. Most of the staff that I encountered were pleasant, the people walking around seemed to be enjoying themselves. I wanted to leave a review for the restaurant, but I can't remember the name. My waitress was awesome

We do love pinball, but we might have come along this place randomly. It's been busy the few times we have been, which tend to be weekend afternoons. Lot of machines available, seems like frequent tournaments are going on. According to pinball map they have 24 machines, which is pretty large compared to some places. Not so busy you can't play though, prices are comparable. It doesn't seem too claustrophobic like some places, lots of space to move around. Full bar and friendly service. Places to sit. Definitely check this out if you like pinball. I don't think they have food, but I could be wrong.
