I would give this place ZERO STARS if I could. You only know how good a place is once you have an issue. How they resolve it means everything!
I've live in the area for 17 years and I'm also a business owner (so I can appreciate the value of a client).
I currently rent a unit (and have rented in the past from them). I've never had any issues paying my rent. Over the past 10 or so weeks I've been traveling in and out of town and have neglected some of my obligations (I currently owe them ONE month rent $290.00). I called the place and spoke to Kelly (who is always pleasant), advised her of the situation, then asked if they double locked my unit (which they advised me that they had). I told her I would pay her on Friday (that is when I will be back) and asked if she would remove their lock because one of my guys needed to pick something up. She asked (I guess her boss) and he said no. I asked if I could speak with him, he picked up the phone; I was in the middle of explaining the situation when he interrupted me and started talking over me. I let him speak (it's the professional thing to do) and when he was finished I started speaking again, asked his last name so I could address him properly. He refused to give it to me, told me I didn't need it. Of course, he interrupted me again, told me it was my problem and he wasn't unlocking the unit until I paid him. He basically made me feel like a thief, like I was going to skip out without paying him his money. When I tried to tell him that he was making me feel like I was trying to steal from him, he again cut me off and told me I was wrong (I don't know how he could possibly tell me how I am feeling). After again letting him finish his rant, I again tried speaking. Again I was cut off and told too F***ING bad. I then reminded him that I was his client and didn't appreciate the way he was speaking to me, using foul language, raising his voice to me and making me feel like a thief. I told him that since he didn't have any respect for his clients, I didn't need to be one and that I would move my stuff out by the end of the month. He then told me to get my F***ING STUFF OUT and hung up in my face.
