Robert was helpful, and even when we ran into some challenges, Robert took the time to help out and stand behind his work. The team is soft-spoken but professional in their language while installing. I knew there was no active leak in bath ceiling, but realtor told me to have him cut ceiling open for no reason to only then have to pay another guy idk maybe $90 for paint I bought and then maybe $2-300 to fix hole in ceiling (and he had to come back about 4-5x to fix this.). Plus, this guy who was unrelated to this business ended up showing up like 2 hours late or always changed the arrival times. Cool dude tho. Let's just say I didn't write a review on that realtor, but we agreed to cut the cord lol. The admin. lady was extremely helpful, informative, funny & precise.
