I can genuinely say it holds a place in my heart because of the childhood memories. My grandma would take me in there to pick out an autographed baseball when I was good. Awesome grandma, I know.

Order #72122 (if anyone at the store wants to look into it). Shortly after I received an email saying the purchase was canceled. So, I called the store for an explanation. The manager said the store owner canceled the order because he believes he can sell the item for more money. I paid the asking price! This certainly isn't very good business practice. Think twice before ordering from this location. I plan to contact the BBB and leave reviews on all platforms. Treat your customers better.

Bikes, hockey…read moreaccessories, golf paraphernalia, wrestling gear, treadmills, skis, baseball/softball gloves, and a whole lot more. You name it, they probably have it. Even the obscure stuff. Some areas are more heavily stocked than others (think golf clubs vs. rollerblades), but they do have a little bit of everything. Don't assume that all of their merchandise is used. That just isn't the case. I found prices to be pretty reasonable, but don't expect to get all that much if you're selling to them. Really want top dollar for your bike? Golf clubs? Treadmill? Stick to selling via eBay or other online marketplaces with wider audiences. Play It Again is especially great for families who have kids participating in a multitude of sports--I'd never buy new if I had kids constantly outgrowing cleats/pants/gloves/bats/etc. When we walked were greeted right away by the nice young guy working. Kudos for that. He seemed very knowledgable when it came to the questions we did ask. Huge store. Very well kept and fun to browse/shop. On a budget or not, I highly, highly recommend Play It Again.

How many times have you ever been to an outdoor outfitting store only to find that the employees…read morehave as much experience in the outdoors as your typical Eddie Bauer catalog model? That's the worst. Not here! The employees at this store know what they are talking about. They have hiked, skied, snowboarded, backpacked, camped, kayaked , canoed, you name it. Not only have they done it all, they are excited to help you find the right kind of gear to help you do it all. The store is very well stocked with everything you could need to explore your world. They have all the major brands as well as numerous local brands, as well. Plus, they have speakers and events to increase that sense of community. This has now officially become my go to spot for when I need any kind of outdoor gear.

Bright big store, Impressive at first, but after visiting on several occasions, I'm seeing some…read morecracks in their appearance. Their hunting dept. employees could use some training in customer service. They didn't treat me horrible, just kind of talked down to me. I pointed out some of their pricing as to some other local stores and guy kind of chuckled and said well, we're just not going to price match. I said ok, no problem. A more recent visit to this dept. I mistakenly was thinking of a local competitors ad when asking a question of their stock, and I apologized for my mistake and taking up his time. Which he was more than condescending tone with his reply, that's OOOK, I get questions like that all the time, you didn't waste my time at all. I'm 68, I like a good deal , quality and I look for value and just a little courtesy. I don't need to be treated special, I just don't need talked down to, or dude splainined to. I know these two particular gentlemen won't care, but I did make three pretty substantial purchases, just not from Fleet Farm. Big mistake Huge!

**Car Wash Warning**…read more I would not recommend using the car wash here. My Tesla got scratched after using the car wash here for the first time. I submitted a claim to Corporate and was met with a Corporate Karen who told me, "I just can't reasonably foresee paying out your claim." Her reasoning was that if something was caught in the brushes, it would've left a very distinct scratch on my car. Apparently, she's an expert in every single way a car can be scratched by every unknown item that can possibly ever get caught in car wash brushes. My paint was perfect before going in, and now I have this mark on my Tesla thanks to this. The best thing about having a Tesla is that it video records in sentry mode, so when one of the employees was inspecting my car he said, "ya, this scratch definitely looks like it's from something caught in the brush because of the way the paint is laid back on it where it's scratched. I sure hope corporate pays this claim for you, they definitely should!" Well, unfortunately, the lady from Corporate just got an attitude with me and decided not to do anything about the damage caused. Stay away from here at all costs.

My best customer service has been from Vinnie or Jerris two people who work there. They are so amazing at greeting people when they come in. I've never had a bad experience. I've always been able to go in and find what I was looking for the store is neat and well picked up I 10/10 recommended going to foot locker over any other shoe store
