The "nice guy" installed the lowest quality / crappiest water heater on the market. (Bradford White - water heater - ICON - E) TAKES FOREVER BEFORE "HOT WATER" comes through the pipes. When we contacted the company within that one-year to request service, we were informed that they had relocated operations to Arizona without any notice to customers. The company refused to honor the service agreement, offered no refund, and provided no alternative solution. Selling a paid one-year service agreement and then relocating out of state without supporting existing customers is unacceptable. I advise against doing business with this company.

This morning Vince and Trevor arrived on time and listened as I explained what my issue was. They did some testing and told me I didn't need a new tank. They explained to me what was causing my problems and showed me how to address it in the future. They did find one part that needed replacing and fixed this. With me not totally understanding pressure tanks they could have simply said I needed a new tank and charged me. I would have never known the difference. Because they are honest and trustworthy, what I was expecting to be an $850 dollar expense turned out to only be $150.
